Love all the way from Canada
Lapa.Shop is soooo amazing! We adopted a cocker spaniel and got her transported from Ukraine all the way to Canada! It was almost unbelievable, but the team at Lapa does a great job. From start to finish the process was smooth, the only difficulty was figuring out how to transfer funds internationally for the carrier (I recommend CIBC Global Money Transfer for the Canadians looking to adopt)… however it was all worth it…the love and joy we have for our new family member means the world do us and we couldn’t have got our dream puppy without the platform and their amazing breeders. Thanks Lapa.

Менеджер Ольга допомогла розібратися в усіх нюансах, оскільки дівчинку яку ми обрали потрібно було доставити за кордон. Ми отримали багато зворотнього зв'язку від Lapa та мали змогу спілкуватися із заводчицею Мариною, яка допомогла зрозуміти чи підходить нам порода яку обрали. Нам надсилали відео з песиком поки вона ще була в Україні і потім в дорозі. загалом ми дуже задоволені оскільки все було прозоро та зрозуміло, а також нас підтримували на кожному етапі.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Lapa I felt compelled to write one. I fell in love with a mini schnauzer on their website and reached out based on positive reviews like this. They were responsive and transparent and put me in touch with the breeder, Oxsana. I really appreciated being able to get to know Oxsana and see through video and text what a loving home she provided. She was as invested as I was in making the right match. Tarquin now goes by Steve and is just an incredible pup: well behaved, loving and confident. His temperament is the ultimate proof that he was raised with love and care. Oxsana and I still trade pics and texts. I feel so grateful to Lapa and Oxsana for prioritizing the well being of their pets and helping me find the perfect pup.

Painless experience, cat of a lifetime!
I am so happy I went with this service. It was honestly really nice to be able to look through all the different kittens and options, as well as pricing. I looked domestically all over the place and was shocked how poorly these websites were designed compared to this one. Once I chose a kitten, I was able to communicate very easily with the seller, who would communicate with the breeder and send update pictures and videos. The day of my kitten arriving I met with someone at the airport who went through all the paperwork for me. I didn't have to do anything other than take my beautiful kitten home with me! This was such a painless process overall and would 100% purchase from them again. The kitten I got is super well adapted to other cats and dogs and he loves to cuddle and chat. Beautiful cat inside and out and in the color i wanted. I only found out about this service because of ChatGPT and so glad I followed through with this.

Everything was perfectly organized! I found a puppy I liked, got in touch with Lapa, and received a very detailed response. The service also took care of my communication with the breeder, providing photos and thorough answers to my questions. We arranged delivery to another country once the puppy was ready to travel. Right on time, my beloved puppy was brought to me in a specially equipped minivan, and even after such a journey the puppy was feeling great. I want to thank the service for my new friend and all the help :)

Very positive experience
We bought a Maine Coon here and based on the very positive experience soon bought a second one. They joined our other Maine Coon from a local breeder. They are all the best cats by far I have ever had. I was amazed at how easy the process was to buy kittens from Ukraine. And considering the costs of spaying/neutering that was already done there the overall cost with transportation and customs fees was still less than what we paid here. I very highly recommend this service and group of breeders. I will definitely look first there in the future.

Very happy with my Munchkin kitten
I adopted a Munchkin kitten named Barbie through lapa.shop, and she arrived in Belgium on August 15th. From the moment she arrived, she was playful, curious, active, sociable, and affectionate. She also ate and drank well from day one. Today, August 25th, I took her to the vet for a check-up, and they declared her completely healthy.
When I first discovered the website, I was a bit hesitant (after all, it's a considerable amount of money), but the reviews here convinced me to contact them via WhatsApp. All my questions, then and later, were answered quickly, and I was reassured by additional photos and videos, as well as the offer of a video call with the breeder. Two weeks later, I requested an update, and I received new videos again. I was also kept informed during the transport.
I couldn't be happier with my kitten and highly recommend lapa.shop to anyone who might still have doubts.

We recently adopted our kitten British…
We recently adopted our kitten British Shorthair through Lapa Shop and could not be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the communication with the company- and especially with Olga- was outstanding. She was always quick to respond, providing clear and accurate information in a professional yet warm and human manner.
Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed about our kitten's growth and health, which gave us great peace of mind. When the day finally came, our kitten arrived in excellent physical condition, clearly well cared for and healthy.

Such A Incredible Company And Service
I first became aware of Lapa.Shop whilst searching for a Munchkin kitten here in the UK, which I soon discovered was more difficult than I imagined it would be. After several days of getting nowhere, I discovered the website for Lapa.Shop. To say I was in a little doubt on whether this was a legitimate company or not was an understatement. I found a kitten I liked and decided to contact them, after a few messages being exchanged and me doing as much research into the company as possible because of fear of losing so much money I decided I wanted the kitten I had seen on the website but found out that because I had taken so long she had been sold. I was told not to worry as they would find me another one. Within a matter of days, they sent me more pictures of Munchkin kittens, and amongst them was Monica whom I chose. Because of her age, I had to wait 2 months, but Lapa.Shop kept in touch the whole time with videos from Monica's breeder and a video call with the breeder at the start of the process. Monica finally arrived at my home in the UK yesterday via courier, and I could not be happier. I can not praise this company enough, and the care taken by their courier was incredible. Thank you all.
