Never received my goods. I selected my address from the drop down list you then took my money Then I was informed you don't deliver to said address. Your system is the thing that needs to be addressed

Good value and quick service
Was the lowest price offered online for EasyJoint grout - even with the delivery charge. Was shipped in good time by a reputable courier and arrived within 3 days. Was kept informed at all times of expected delivery time. Would buy from these guys again.

Great service and friendly advice
I received good advice, prompt delivery, good after sales service. On this occasion, I had to return the product because my project changed, but even then the company was helpful and refunded . I will be a regular customer now.

Excellent customer service. 2 of my slabs arrived damaged which owing to the brittle make up of material is perfectly understandable! I contacted Tom and he and his team replied instantly and the replacement slabs were with me within 7days. Many thanks!!

No pattern
Delivery was quick. Website was easy. Product has arrived and looks good. But no pattern instructions to follow. Otherwise it would be 5 stars
