Split pack supplied
The website was really easy to use and this company allows you to buy split packs of single size slabs which was what I wanted. The slabs were delivered after 7 days and they have been placed where I asked on the driveway. The sandstone looks really nice:)

Placed the order.
Received confirmation of order.
Couple of day later confirmation of delivery.
Delivered on time.
Unfortunately once I unpacked there was a couple of slab that was broken.
Not had chance to report damage.

delivery issue
My mistake that I ordered twice but I was charged for two x deliveries @ £7.50 each despite the two parcels coming in the same van and delivered at the same time. Would have thought that an alert would have been raised and this checked on receipt of order. Could have easily just charged me for the one delivery.

Hi Mrs Smith, I’m sorry to see your review and how you feel you’ve been overcharged for delivery. Just for peace of mind; although we learned afterwards that the second order was placed in error, if the two tubs were instead ordered in a single transaction, the delivery charge still would have come to £15.00 as the couriers charge by weight (£7.50 per 20Kg) so please be assured that you weren’t charge more than you should have. If the two orders would have amounted to only one delivery charge, we quite rightly would have corrected this and not assumed the second order was an addition. Apologies for the confusion, but I hope you no longer feel that you’ve been over-charged.
