it would have been helpful if I was given notification for what day and approximate time the delivery was coming. No notification given just a phone call that they were at the site waiting to offload.

Damaged order was replaced without problem
Ordered 3 packs of jointing compound. 2 tubs had external damage but only one was actually unusable. Photos of damage uploaded and replacement was delivered 2 days later. 4 stars because price was much lower than local builders merchants so good value.

Great price and quality
Great price for what are quality cobble setts. The communication from the team at Landscaping Direct keeping me up to date on delivery was excellent. Definitely use them again.

Excellent customer communication
Really pleased with the cobbles I ordered. A good price and excellent quality. I wasn’t expecting them to be so good for price paid. The communication about delivery was also top notch. Will use the company again should I need to.

Great service
Great service from these guys, ordered a clearance pack of slabs & had good coms + fast delivery & even though two slabs were broken in the crate (include 10% wastage every time) it was still a good price & would use again.
