Update given at the end of this review
Still waiting for a response to my email regarding delivery of my goods. The courier service they use did not leave me any contact details following a failed delivery. I contacted landscaping direct to ask why i had not recieved a delivery as unaware that a delivery had even been attempted. I again waited in today and at 6pm rang the courier service, who did apologise as they couldnt deliver, but failed to even bother informing me. The service hasnt been great ( a previous deliver they only delivered 1 of 2 goods however it was sent out the following day).
Update - landscaping direct have been in contact to try and sort out the delivery of my goods..it has been a frustrating, time wasting process however this was mainly down to the courier service. I have recieved an apology from the company and a small refund.

Some good, some bad
Liked the ease of ordering.
Liked how quickly and efficiently the company contacted me to say that the 22mm slabs I ordered were out of stock but could offer me the 18mm
Disliked that I payed the same for the 18s as I would've the 22s?
Disliked not getting an acurate delivery date or time in advance so I wasn't present for delivery and despite talking on the phone with delivery driver the pallets weren't left where we discussed.

Regards the confusion with the thickness, we managed to free up stock and delivered the 22mm thickness to you that you ordered. You definitely weren't sent a thinner alternative. Apologies for any miscommunication / misunderstanding.
We usually arrange delivery of paving with a 'book-in' service so that the hauliers contact you in advance to confirm a convenient delivery date. I'm sorry that this seemingly didn't happen for your delivery, and sorry further that the driver didn't manage to leave the pallets where you and he had discussed.
Overall, I hope you are happy with the paving, but I appreciate your frustrations with the delivery.

I needed a jointing compound for a…
I needed a jointing compound for a Patio that I was renovating for a Customer.
I hadn’t used”Pavtuf” before, but I was recommended it by my Cousin.
I thought I had neasured the area correctly but need to reorder as first quantity was insufficient, so make sure you measure up and estimate correctly.
I followed all of the application instructions and within48 hrs it had set Rock hard.
I was impressed with the product and would highly recommend.
“Landscaping” dealt with my order quickly and efficiently, it wa delivered well in time for its use.
Highly recommend this company.

Product delivered successfully
After several failed attempts the product has now been delivered. In my original order I had failed to nominate a suitable place to leave the item in the event of my being away from home. Given the understandable reluctance of the third party delivery agent to leave packages on the doorstep it does make sense to identify a suitable alternative location.

Hi Peter, thank you for amending your original review. I’m glad we managed to get your order to you in the end. Apologies again that it didn’t go as smoothly as hoped first time round. We’re reliant on the drivers choosing what they feel is best; and leaving the goods for customer convenience at the risk of them going missing, and taking them away for safety but at the risk of delaying receipt is a tricky balancing act. We’re working on adding something at checkout in future to make the choice to leave safe a more obvious option in future to avoid these sorts of niggles.
