Application for simple product switch submitted beginning of March. Took until May to go through. Understood there would be a soft underwrite but paperwork was submitted and not dealt with thus causing the client to revert to the SVR thus incurring uneccessary expense.

Great process

Landbay agreed the mortgage so i'm grateful. They only issue mortgage offer for 3 months (even for new builds). Offer extensions are non-existent, pick a new product. Buildings Insurance Quote required for a 5th Floor Flat to protect against flooding ...... Noahs Ark insurance came in handy here..... The only reason Landbay got 1 start is because of the underwriter A. Cross! He is a credit to Landbay!

I won't be using Landbay for a long long time....

Great service as usual from Landbay. Underwriters are super quick to respond and you know what you need to supply to get an offer and completion. And it always helps when you have the best BDM around when things don’t go to plan!
