Terrible service.
I am assuming you are part of Pacifica, and my comments are in reference to their involvement.
First it took you a long time for you to finally send someone examine the machine. The engineer said it was beyond repair. It then took another long break until we contacted the seller who has arranged to supply a replacement machine. They are also going to arrange fitment.
All in all I find your company very unprofessional and will not recommend your servicing to anyone. I would advise people to avoid purchasing Lamona products.
My wife has had to use a local launderette for our washing. This means we have had to pay for cleaning, and lost time in getting our clothes clean!

£7 delivery for a small bag of…
£7 delivery for a small bag of replacement parts and took 11 days to arrive. Even then it didn't actually arrive - DPD decided to deliver it to a local retail park last minute 'at my request'. £7, 11 days, and not actually delivered to me. Bit of a joke in 2026!
No response from DPD or lamona spares when I asked for help.

Disapointed customer service and very slow sending out spare partsNeeded new top and bottom baskets for…
Needed new top and bottom baskets for my dishwasher as both baskets are very rusty. The plastic coating over the metal prongs has split in lots of places and really badly corroded, no images were available when looking to order replacements. Top door was on stock, bottom drawer has been out of stock for months. Took ages to arrive, each time I emailed them for an update no one bothered to email back.

The delivery experience was very bad
The delivery experience was very bad. It was scheduled several times, once confirmed, I waited at home to receive the parts. But for two times, the delivery person skipped me and said he missed me (while I was kept waiting for hours). Eventually they left the parcel in a local shop (not the one near me) and when I picked it up I found the filter was damaged (bent). So I am very disappointed.

Order the part required and it came damaged. Waited nearly 4 weeks for this to arrive in that condition , another one has been sent out, still to receive.
