Poor communication. Informed of the fault with detail indicating oven door switch, Engineer came without a switch.
Another visit booked, then cancelled as no part only to be told it had been ordered with a weeks lead time. Rang weeks later after hearing nothing to now be told it needs to be ordered. When I raised that I was told it had, they went and checked and said its not available and someone will look at an alternative. Its been 2 weeks since and no call. On an appliance less than 3 years old

No report received engineer said he was requesting new dish washer and after 2 weeks got email asking how to rate you no email update the engineer reporting damage in transit from howdens to me but how can this be proved I bought this through howdens and they said to contact you as under warranty I have had kitchen only a couple of months the water leaking has damaged a unit already I will not be purchasing this brand of appliance

First engineer turned up without any real information on the issue so didn’t have the knowledge or parts to resolve the issue, not his fault, just poor triaging from the service desk. Arranged a second visit which was then rearranged without consultation, I then stayed in all afternoon for the 4 hour slot I’d been given just for them to not show up with no phone call. Got a call the next day to rearrange but I couldn’t be bothered as the issue I had been having seemed to have sorted itself for now, but it didn’t give me much faith if we have a real issue.

Had an issue with my oven reaching and maintaining temperature I had already had 2 engineers attend to try and repair problem but neither had the parts to repair the issue .This 3rd engineer came replaced the element on the oven and then switched oven on put his hand inside and said it was hot enough and now fixed ,no thermostat to check temp but he has fixed the same issue a thousand times so confident it was fixed .I told him that it was unbelievable that he had no thermostat and that he could check /confirm my oven temperature by putting h his hand inside the oven . Shocking service
