LA Give you NO notice period in your…
LA Give you NO notice period in your contract . Your contract does not say anything about this and you are given no communication about this before you sign. It's bad and please ask them to add notice period otherwise don't sign the contract. This is my lesson learnt. In my contractor career of 15 years, I haven't seen any other agency having a contract without a notice period. I don't recommend to anyone and avoid this agency(No notice period) at all costs, there are far better agencies out there that will provide you a far better service and ethical practices. These days are not olden days where you have to rely on only one preferred vendor but there are several good agencies you can choose before applying for a job. They don't deserve at least one star from me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Asked me to come in for an interview as the job I applied for wasn't suited they said they had another role to talk to me about. Took my phone off me on arrival , which is fine. After this I was sat in reception for close to an hour, then taken to a board room and sat in front of the obligatory glowing corporate video. When someone eventually came he had no clue who I was or what I was supposed to be interviewing for. He told me the person who was supposed to be interviewing me was in a meeting. If this is their recruitment process how could any company worth its salt trust them to recruit for them. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total Lack of Communication.
I have been trying to find the fate of my CV each day for a week.
I've emailed, phoned and left messages.
I would have liked to have had some communication to find out what the problem was.
Unfortunately they haven't had the decency to respond to my emails or phone calls.
Not even a "I'm busy I'll try to get back to you next week".
Their website indicates that they are proud to be the largest recruiter.
How have they achieved this when they rudely ignore candidates?
They don't act in a professional manner in my experience.
You would assume that recruiters whose bread and butter is people would appreciate what makes people tick.
And what turns them off.
It's a case of the website being different from the reality.
