I’ve worked with LA International on a few projects and had a very positive experience throughout. The team were professional, responsive, and easy to deal with from start to finish.
In particular, Aaron and Harry were brilliant – both were extremely helpful, proactive, and always on hand to support whenever needed. They made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
Overall, a great agency to work with and I’d definitely recommend them.

Professional, responsive and reliable
I’ve worked with LA International and found every interaction to be professional, efficient and straightforward.
From initial discussions through to contract management and billing, response times were always excellent. Queries were handled quickly, communication was clear, and there was never any ambiguity around process or expectations.
A particular mention to Jake, who managed things extremely well throughout. He was proactive, responsive, and always on top of the detail, which makes a real difference when you’re focused on delivery.
I would have no hesitation working with LA International again in the future and would recommend them to other contractors looking for a professional and well-run agency experience.

Really positive experience with this LAI. Communication was clear and consistent, and the team were professional and supportive throughout.

Smooth and professional end-to-end
The onboarding/ offboarding experience I had with LA International was excellent, including all contractual elements, and a perfectly smooth set-up with the separate payroll company used to process payroll. The entire experience and professionalism was of the highest standard

Contracting through LAI
I contracted through LAI for 18 months and was extremely well supported through that period. I was contacted regularly and kept informed about contract renewals. Invoices were paid promptly and my overall experience was definitely 5 star!

Supportive and professional
Following a 30+ year career as a regular employee elsewhere (IT support in higher education and science research), this was my first experience of contracting. LA onboarded me well. Over the ensuing years they kept in regular contact every few months to check things how things were going. Having a named, single point of contact was most reassuring and worked very well.
A good experience. Would recommend LA. (And if I were to come out of retirement, I would go back to them.)
