Great customer service
From the moment we walked in the customer service was the best! We were greeted and immediately helped to find everything we needed. We weren’t pushed to buy more expensive things, instead we were educated on what we needed and why. They helped find each item in the appropriate size and answered all of our questions without making us feel dumb.

Both excellent and quick service
After ordering the lacrosse item that I needed, I was notified the next day that it had been sent. Also, I needed to change part of an order and my call was answered immediately and the change was quickly made. Obviously, this family operated company is responsive and provides excellent service.

Personal touch that can’t be matched
When we wanted to purchase a new lacrosse stick for our daughter for Christmas, we checked a couple of larger chain stores first. They were going to charge $65 in shipping and taxes. Lacrosse Fanatic’s price for the stick did not come with additional shipping or fees. Not only that, but I was able to call the store and request that they hold onto the stick for a week before shipping so that it would arrive when we were back home from vacation. The personal touch from a smaller operation has earned my future loyalty and business!

We have to admit that we are quite confused by this review. Your order was nearly two years ago and according to our records there was no communication from you back in March of 2021 when you received your package. We are terribly sorry that a mistake was made, we strive for perfection on every order but accidents do rarely happen. Had you contacted us way back then, we would have gladly sent out the correct item and taken the other back at no cost to you. But it seems a little unreasonable that you blast us with a 1 star review for something that happened 22 months ago after seemingly not making any effort to let us fix the issue at that time.

I never received my item
I never received my item. I’ve reached out to them numerous times and I can’t get a call back or an email regarding my order that I placed over a month ago. No refund no cancellation nothing! This company has provided horrible customer service

I'm sorry, but this is not a fair review. You placed 13 separate orders for the same product, a black STX Sidewinder Backpack. Over half were made on the same date. They were purchased using multiple payment methods and payment plans. And were ALL going to different names and addresses across the country. We sent the first few orders and then quickly realized the trend and called you as this was flagged in our internal system as FRAUD. We wanted to make sure that your credit cards were not compromised. You didn't respond for a week or so and then called and left a very heated voicemail for us after hours. Our staff released all but two of those orders the next day per your request. We also called you back that day and let you know that two of the items had now been backordered. We let you know that these would be sent out in early January when our next delivery from STX was due to arrive. You never responded until now.
We just canceled and refunded both of your backorders.
This order seemed like some sort of drop ship scam. We tried to be cautious and courteous to you and to keep you informed as it seemed like someone stole your identity But in the end we are sorry that we missed your expectations. We wish you all the best with your future orders and hope that you have better luck with your next company.

Fantastic service, despite supply chain issues
Unfortunately they had an inventory mistake and didn't have the item I ordered for my son. They contacted me almost immediately and promptly offered alternatives and ultimately a refund. Great service goes a long way with me. I'll be shopping here for future equipment needs.
