What an amazing experience!
Tyler was amazing at fitting out my three, first-time lacrosse players! He’s very kind in his approach, so it’s accessible and not intimidating for young players. Mikie was also incredible! What a great personality and incredible coach! He got them really excited to play!

Kind folks & reasonable prices
We purchased equipment at a large lacrosse tournament and the gentleman at the Lacrosse Fanatic were very helpful and kind even while hundreds of lacrosse families crowded their tent. Merchandise was not marked way up for the event so I purchased items that I planned to buy at a later date.

Great service
My daughter’s goalie head bent and we stopped in to Lacrosse Fanatic to get a new head. The staff not only got us setup with a new head and stringing supplies, they walked us through the String King warranty process. This included looking up our original purchase of the bent head, verifying it was within the 6 month warranty period, printing the receipt and calling String King because their online form has some upload issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
BTW, String King ended up sending a new head, which we now have as a backup. My daughter is hard on her goalie stick with a lot of hitting the head into the ground on low saves. She’s broken heads from other manufacturers too. I realize 1 season is about all we should expect from a head. I am impressed with String King for offering and honoring a 6 month warranty.

These guys really are lacrosse product experts. And they are always so helpful! And honest help- Last time they recommended a product they thought would be better for my son, that cost a good bit less then the one he was looking at. I really appreciated that.

Super Easy and Helpful
As the Mom of a lacrosse goalie living in Florida, I can promise you that finding gear is super hard. I discovered Lacrosse Fanatic just as my daughter was gearing up to play division 2 in college. I had a ton of questions and needed lost of guidance in choosing the right gear. LF has come through every single time. I love being able to shop virtually with a live associate who is in the store. Every single person I have dealt with at LF has been super knowledgeable (on gear and the game). I feel completely comfortable asking for help and knowing I will get honest answers. As a side note, when I ordered the helmet and throat guard I had no idea how to install it. The owner got on Zoom with me and walked me through the whole installation while I did it myself 3,000 miles away. Awesome. Thanks Guys!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I live 25 miles away, so I called to see if I could have something shipped. Not only did they do it, they more than helped me with a custom order. It saved me time and gas, plus the money I would have spent on the wrong stick!
