This was the first we had heard of a problem with your order. We are sorry that you haven't received your new stick.
After doing some research, we can see that we shipped your package out the same day you ordered it, back on 3/12/23. But unfortunately according to the tracking details it looks like UPS has damaged the package and is attempting to return it to us (although unsuccessfully so far).
We are shipping out a replacement stick for you today. While we want to make this issue right for you, at the same time we hope you understand that we sent your package out the same day and it has been out of our hands every since.

Would have purchased more but shipping tripled $8.99 shipping for shortie shaft, goes to $28 shipping when adding 2 Howie tapes and a butt for shaft. Crazy, so just purchased shaft and paid $8.99 in shipping.

Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry that our order didn't arrive as quickly as you wished. I see that it has been delivered as of yesterday. It looks like you placed the order on a Saturday and we had it processed for shipment that same day. But UPS doesn't pick up on weekends. You selected ground service which is usually delivered within 5 days, but isn't guaranteed. Unfortunately in the case of your package it took an extra couple of days to make it all the way across the country. I suspect the severe storms that are affecting a large part of the US slowed the progress a little bit. But I'm not sure what else we could have done on our end, we packaged your order the same day and shipped it out on the next business day. After that, it was completely out of our hands. But again I am sorry that you were not pleased with the service you received from us specifically. Thank you.
