No communication and held up my money
I put something in my cart and it said it had 4 available. I then came back to it to order and it said 1 available. I purchased them and it said the payment went through and I got a confirmation email and not even a minute later got a refund email with no explanation. So now my money is tied up and I have no explanation on why it happened or when I will get my money back so I can order elsewhere.

Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. The item you tried to order is extremely popular and we can't keep them in stock and the manufacturer can't produce them fast enough. We received a dozen at the middle of last week and they are gone. Because they sell so quickly, both in store and online, sometimes simultaneous sales can happen, as it did in this circumstance. Two customers purchased our last pair within seconds of each other. They were allocated to the customer who completed their sale first.
One of our sales associates cancelled your order within five minutes of receiving it and within 30 minutes sent you an email explaining what had happened and confirmed that we had processed a full refund for your order immediately. It is now up to your bank how quickly the money is returned to your account.
And while we understand your disappointment and frustration, we did communicate both through an automated system refund notification and a personal email. And we did not hold up your money, it was refunded within 5 minutes of your initial payment. Your review seems a bit harsh and unfair considering how rapidly we responded to the situation.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience and wish we had a pair of these goggles to send you, but we are completely sold out.
