Dreadful service outweighs the good interest rate
Constantly delaying crediting me for payments in, questioning payments from obviously legitimate firms. Sometimes demanding to see payslips, but then claiming not to be able to read an Excel spreadsheet - yes, an internet bank that can't open a spreadsheet!! The interest rate is good but that's about it.

Feel like I have been scammed using this Bank. They have restricted access on my account for the last 6 weeks blocking me from my money. Customer service has been absolutely useless. I never experienced this situation with any other (legitimate) bank!

Worst bank and extremely poor customer service
My account has been frozen for over a month, and during this entire period there has been no proactive communication or resolution. Customer service is completely ineffective — they openly admit they cannot unfreeze the account and can only “raise it with another team.”
If they have no authority to resolve issues and act only as middlemen, it seriously raises the question of why they are customer-facing at all. Meanwhile, interest continues to accumulate and customers are left stuck with no access to their own money.
This has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this bank with their finances.

Phenomenal
It was so simple to open an account with Kroos. Online banking has taken off big time of late, and the Kroos platform, already, at this early stage appears to be head and shoulders above the rest. Improvements will come in time and make an already good bank turn onto a phenomenal one.

Absolute rubbish support relying on BOT…
Absolute rubbish support relying on BOT technology. I've not been able to download statements (always result in 0 Bytes files). I keep going to support chat, have tried all the recommendations and still the same. The "BOT" says "Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible".Got email saying waiting for appropriate team to generate statement. Still waiting. Thinking of ditching Kroo
