Be careful!
Be careful! They frozen my account without reason. There is no one in their registered address and the assistance doesn't exist. They hold just a registered address in UK and workers are out of the UK. I have reported a criminal report to NCA

Takes up to 8 days to show funds in my account from an instant withdrawal. Absolutely no help from customer support and a shit bank in general, once i have my funds withdrawn I won’t be using again.

AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY
Never had to deal with a bank this terrible just stick with the high street trusted banks. I have all my money stuck on hold I can access it to pay my bills and I don’t have an over draft been waiting for a response for a week and they can’t even give me a timeline. Had to report them to the financial ombudsman service FOS.

Customer service is non existent
Incredibly poor customer service from start to finish, always told to wait and wait and wait. Take it from me, the moment they do anything or make life hard, start a formal complaint.

AVOID KROO BANK, they will hold your funds for no reason and your account will be locked out.
Do not use . I will not recommend Kroo bank . They have frozen my account when I tried to transfer funds . So no money over the weekend .imagine if Kroo bank was my sole bank account? PLEASE AVOID . I have asked them to close my account . Since when did transferring your own funds from one bank to another bank account in your own name become a fraudulent activity ? If u want to have terrible robotic customer service then bank with Kroo. Otherwise AVOID. ! To add insult to injury they respond on trust pilot with a canned message as if they care . Total scam company .

Kroo Bank freezing accounts
Thought that Kroo with its solid interest rates was a great online option but after banking with them a very short time they blocked my account questioning a very small transaction made to my own credit card. I have responded to a variety of questions to show the validity of the card and the transaction but it continues to be blocked for over 3 weeks with zero communication from the bank. Completely unacceptable timeframe and service and once this has been resolved I will be moving banks.
I have since read online lots of the same complaints about frozen accounts for up to 3 month period so clearly big issues with their systems and staff which none of the big banks have.

Unable to pay loan
My account has been frozen for 3 weeks and my first repayment for my loan is due on 25 February 2026. I need my account unfrozen in order to pay my loan back however the team hasn’t contacted me yet. Please avoid this bank!!
