Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Responses to both phone calls and emails are extremely slow, and getting any meaningful support is very difficult.
My biggest disappointment was the warranty service. Once you receive the goods, it seems that the warranty covers very little, despite the promises and attractive wording on the website. When problems arise, they look for reasons to avoid responsibility rather than helping the customer.
After spending a significant amount of money with this company, I feel let down by the lack of after-sales support and customer care.
My advice is to pay a little more and buy from a company that stands behind its products and values its customers.
I would not recommend KRD Catering at all.
