paid for next day delivery and item didn't turn up for 4 days

Orderd a sink from your company and said I’ll get it in 2 to 4 days and it hasent arrived I went to cancel it and they said I couldn’t but when I said I would complain to PayPal they sent it with Royal Mail which want get to me till 7th day we see when I get it I’m not happy with the service I got

Beautiful sturdy blender .
And they came within 2 days great service would definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely appalling customer service from KRD Catering Equipment. I received two Bain Maries with defective plugs, rendering both unsafe and unusable.

Despite raising this, KRD refused to offer a refund, replacement or any form of resolution, hiding behind their 24-hour reporting policy, which does not override my statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Ironically, they even advised me not to use the equipment for safety reasons, yet offered no solution! So I’m now left with two unsafe, unusable products and money wasted.

Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of accountability. I would never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid!

The worst company in terms of customer service they have take me over a month to get one item refunded or replacement for a wrong item they delivered. Still not resolved still email after email.

Not enough after sales .
Quick to point out 14 day return policy after asking for a week.

I have ordered a mixer for my bakery and instead of receiving it, I was sent a box filled with spare parts. Received a very brief email upon requesting return and refund. Company was fast to arrange the return but I am still waiting to hear about actually getting my money back. It is also impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Please avoid this company.

The worst company to deal with for customer service issues. Ordered a Panini grill and it arrived damaged. Asked for a replacement literally the next day, and they refused to take it back.

Dont ever buy products from this company. Go to Adexa or Nisbets for better customer service or good products.

Fast delivery and good quality

I have ordered a Panini Machene. Krd said they have given to DPD to deliverd. DpD says they dont have goods and contact KRD. Now 2 Weeks. I dont have the goods. Now i cant contact KRD. They dont answer my calls. Phone was ringing 43 minutes. No one picked. Please not to order from this place.never recommend.

What a shame there’s no zero horrendous experience bought an item in Jul arrived damaged and faulty blew our electrics pro quality to even look at refuse to refund ask us to get an electrical inspection report which we refused then they agreed we could send it back for the inspect and they are refusing to take everything because they have no one capable to fix it and that we should collect it! Why are these people still in business? Do not buy from them?

A Warning to Other Customers – Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Accept a Return

I ordered an oil filtration machine for my fish and chip shop from this company. However, after receiving the machine, I discovered significant discrepancies between the actual product and the description provided on the seller’s website. The machine did not perform as expected and was not suitable for my requirements as advertised.

The day after delivery, I emailed the company and explained the problems in detail. They asked me to provide a video demonstrating the issue, which I did in good faith. However, after reviewing the video, they refused to accept the return, claiming that I had used the machine.

This is particularly frustrating because I only used the machine at their request to demonstrate the problem and provide evidence that it was not functioning as expected.

A few days later, I sent the company a formal letter requesting that the matter be addressed. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.

I used this product

I purchased an Ice Machine for my busy Pub and read all the information about this particular product on the Website and it stated it was for commercial use. The product arrived with screws missing and quite clearly very cheaply manufactured.

I struggled to get the Ice Machine to produce any ice as the Instructions were useless. When the Ice Machine eventually started to produce ice it last approximately two weeks before it stopped working. I contacted KRD Catering and reported my issues there response to my emails very shocking, very unhelpful and they contradicted themselves saying someone from their “technical team” would call me. Unfortunately this never happened so I emailed again and again to now be told I have to get a technician out to look at the problem and then send the report to them!! The Ice Machine cost over £400 and now am I expected to get someone out to look at this Machine who has no understanding of how it works as it is their own branded product, not a renowned manufacturer. They won’t escalate my emails to a Manager and won’t refund my money or replace the Ice Machine I purchased with one years parts warranty.
I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service and cheap (for want of a better word) “Fisher Price” equipment. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
