Faulty Equipment and Extremely Poor Service– Avoid KRD Catering
I purchased a machine from them and the unit completely failed and stopped turning on after only two weeks of light commercial use.
When evaluated, an electrician confirmed the unit was supplied with an improper 20A plug/fuse instead of a standard 13A fuse, presenting a potential fire hazard.
Even after fitting the correct fuse, the machine suffered internal damage and fails to dispense or operate properly. It cannot be used.
Despite submitting a formal notice rejecting the goods under Section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, KRD Customer Service has engaged in continuous stalling tactics.
Over several weeks, they repeatedly requested the same videos, serial numbers, and data plate photos that had already been sent multiple times. They are now demanding that I pay for further third-party electrician checks rather than honoring a return or refund.
Their failure to replace or refund defective equipment and refusal to handle return logistics has caused severe operational disruptions and ongoing financial losses to our business.
Avoid this company if you need reliable equipment and professional customer support.

Do not order from them
Firstly customer service is absolutely terrible. Secondly ordered fridge , next day plugged in and temperature went to 44 degrees. They ask me to call engineer on my cost to new fridge . Anyway called for specialist and been told that it is not to use - basically can’t be fixed . They won’t give refund so will take them to court

We reviewed the case and, on 11 September, issued store credit covering the bowl's full price including VAT. We also confirmed that you could keep the bowl without returning it. Poor quality product, poor quality Comms. Stainless steel extra tion isn't stainless steel. Both griddles we ordered didn't last 8 weeks - blew from the connection points underneath. Terrible.

Dreadful - missing parts and poor customer service
We ordered the metal grater. It came missing several parts. The company wanted photos to verify what was not there. Then a video. Then said they hadn't received the video. The impression is that they just want you to get tired of pursuing the complaint. Avoid.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. We purchased an air fryer that has not worked properly since the very first day. Despite calling customer service every day and sending numerous emails, the issue remains unresolved.
The customer service staff have been extremely rude and unhelpful. The company has neither repaired or replaced the faulty product nor provided us with a refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from this company.

Multiple problems, avoid this company
Ordered a couple of things from this place, wouldn’t recommend! Our grill broke in less than a year and they wouldn’t replace it saying it was parts only warranty… the bottom and top would not get hot so they expected us to call an engineer to assess the problem, send a spare part out and then call another engineer to come and install it. The whole thing would cost more than the grill itself, ridiculous customer service expecting this of us. We have had a grill that’s lasted 4+ and still in working condition. Avoid this company unless you want to buy half working products that they won’t refund or help with. Cheap reseller slapping their own logo on their products. I would have had a better experience ordering directly through Temu or alibaba, the instruction manuals given from this company are in mistranslated Chinese anyway.

Under the parts-only warranty recorded on the case, an engineer's diagnosis was needed to identify the required component, while engineer labour was not covered. I made a phone call to the company and asked them to let me know when the fridge is coming nothing. Tuesday phone call off a lady to say can we silver tomorrow the pallet didt fit the fridge. So there's problems getting it off the truck. Ok see you tomorrow. 7pm a phone call of another guy im 15 mins away . What where what for. Your fridge oh im not there. Ok I'll leave it outside. Drove over there. And big problems . Never again
