As usual this was a very positive experience. The phone was answered within a minute by a very friendly customer support lady who was very helpful and supportive. Unlike so many IT based sites I have never been treated like a numpty!

The initial customer service is ok...promising the world. Reality is different: trouble getting the engineer and dish set up (their confusion). We bought the middle package (60) and used it within a few days of just watching telly on THREE days! Speeds after that are so slow that you cannot do anything really. I have to use my phone mobile data to even write this! Called and got a customer service rep with attitude when questioned. Billing is dodgy - when I addressed this with the CSR he skimmed over it and didn't sort it. We pay direct debit and then got a message saying we need to pay or will disconnect (so I paid, but now over paid). We are still within our 60 day cooling off promo so will be cancelling. This was a lot of trouble for nothing (hope they come and get their big *ss dish off our house with less trouble than it took to get it up there).

Friendly and efficient service from Elizabete. Made sure I had all of the information needed in a cheerful way. I hope the service I receive for my contract is as good. Very good introduction to a new company.

Shockingly slow broadband speeds and even worse customer service. The monthly invoicing process is from the Stone Ages and they cany collect payments by direct debit

From start to finish they have been 100%. Getting speeds of just under 100mb. Installer Stephen was very friendly, professional and efficient. Great job!!!. Kass on the phone in tech support was brilliant, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. If things stay like this I will happily stay with them. Only downside is allowances are low. You never know they might get rid of the download limit.

I joined this service without any hassle; their after sales have contacted me to ensure I was happy with the service. Excellent customer service, both friendly and helpful - great and unlike any other telecom service I’ve dealt with in last decade. I got Satelite bb as I had useless speeds with both mobile network and phone line providers - too slow to stream content without interruption - however, my signal is still awful/ which is likely to be due to fact that I use up my monthly ‘priority’ data in less than two weeks and data is v slow after that. (More infuriating buffering) I am, however, on the most basic 20gig package- so upgrading might improve that.

The man who fitted the satellite dish did the easiest and fastest job he could, not necessarily the best job he could.

I don't think the dish is high enough. He put it level with the ground floor ceiling - rather than having to climb a ladder and use more cable to get the dish to the 1st floor. Signal strength is not super and we are still experiencing buffering.

Just signed up with Elisabete's help. Highly competent sales person. Lets see what the future holds regarding the Konnect's customer service.

Fantastic customer service. It was a real pleasure for me to subscribe. The whole process was easy and all issues with the online service were resolved quickly.

Do not use this company! They put me through hell and stress for six months. I have had dozens of telephone calls, an average of an hour each time on the call. The bottom line is the service never worked, I cancelled in cooling off period, they kept taking my money, kept hassling me for bills. After many times being told it would stop I'm now being told that if I don't send back the useless equipment its 130 euros. I have a sattelite dish eye sore on my roof they wont take take down and they expect me to drive an hour to a UPS point and find packaging. Its outrageous, and the worst commerical experience I have had in my life. I spoke to a different person everytime, I was told repeatedly the bills and emails would stop but they have not.

Yo quiero darme de baja , lo solicité hace meses , en abril, por correo electrónico, y no he obtenido respuesta alguna y me siguen enviando las facturas mes a mes. No hay una atención personalizada, no sé como darme de baja de forma efectiva.

Elisabete was very helpful and gave a good explanation of how things will happen over the next few weeks, she answered all the questions I ask her about the service and what download/upload speeds we could expect.
she told me about my options if I decided to cancel the service and what I would need to do.
