The lads that took an old fridge away were professional and easy to talk to. The office was very helpful. There was a slight time delay in collecting but it’s understandable as these things do happen. Overall great service. I will be using them again.

Don't waste your time! Saw Kollect advertise that they do rubbish removal. "Cheaper Than a Skip" is what they say. Don't be fooled! Per their process, I sent them a photo of the rubbish I needed removed by a certain day. Got a phone call almost immediately saying they could do the job for €180. Thought it was steep but agreed as was under time pressure. Paid €50 over the phone. Remainder to be paid on the day. They gave a 6 hour arrival window so I changed plans and waited for the 6 hours. 1.5hrs past the arrival window the van arrived. The man took a quick look at the pile which was unchanged since photo was sent. He promptly told me the job will be €220. €40 above the agreed cost. A small skip would cost less! I called Customer Service and spoke with Erica, who I believe is the Customer Service Manager. Erica concurred that the cost shouldn't have gone up and the rubbish should be removed at the agreed price. However when Erica called the driver, he refused to return for the rubbish! What a joke!

Ok so I ordered a skip 3 weeks ago the day before the skip was due to arrive i cancelled the skip.
The next day the skip is at my property I rang them and told them the skip was delivered when it was cancelled they apologies which is fair enough.
After 3 weeks the skip is still at my property after numerous phones calls its still at my property and still cant get a date off them to pick up this skip absolute disgrace to deal with.
No one knows who's in charge nobody can give you a straight answer what a joke of a company

The team did a clean, efficient job dismantling our old wooden shed with metal roof, just within 30 minutes. Good communication too, giving us heads up prior to arrival. Highly recommend Kollect to anyone needing 'junk' removal services.

Received confirmation that my collection was booked in and would receive call with an hrs time slot. Waited all day and no call. Finally got text msg at 7.45pm to say no one would be collecting my sofa and someone might be in my area 4 days later!! Seemingly 2 out of 3 vans never turned up that day so my sofa was never going to be collected but I wasted a full day waiting. What a waste of my time.

Great service from the time of booking with contact and very friendly girl on the phone . Lads arrived on time, and in and out within minutes of collecting stuff. Will recommend and use again.

Asked for a price 10 days ago. Still no price even after I’d sent a follow up what’s app. Went elsewhere cause I had a load of stuff to clear and so did my job. 10 days crazy to wait for a quote. Not a good way to do business

Bought a mattress from Ez Living on 28/05/25 and paid for mattress removal.Got confirmation of delivery and collection date on 05/06/25 . Mattress delivered but the Kollect saga commences.No collection,different excuses,new collection dates missed. Eventually the mattress was collected on 13/06/25.I made 20 phone calls to Kollect,some rang off,others answered and promises made,needless to say none were kept.The staff on line are trained extremely well, are very empathetic and leave you reassured until,inevitably, the next collection date is missed.Please do not use this company unless you have plenty of time,the weather is awful and you miss calling the Speaking Clock for somebody to talk to.

Rang them to remove an old empty oil tank. Did not have a side entrance and needed to lift a garden fence panel to take it through my good nextdoor neighbour's. Got a call 1 hour beforehand and Kollect driver helped to lift the fence panel. Job done efficiently and without fuss. Would recommend Kollect for any removal jobs.

The men, Johnny and Sean did a fantastic job of clearing out the garage, fast and efficient, even swept the floor to finish the job, much appreciated. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them, thank you.

I booked a 1/4 truck collection. The two lads were courteous very quick and left my side lane looking clean, empty. My experience with Kollect was excellent

Unfortunately a very simple process was made extremely stressful. Ordered and paid for a skip on Tuesday 27th May for delivery on Thursday 29th May (2 day hire). Skip arrived and the driver refused to drop it in the lane at the back of my house and said he would return with a smaller truck. That afternoon same sized truck DAF LF 12 tonner turned up and the same issue occurred. I rang Kollect and spoke to the person I booked the skip with to be reassured he would arrange a van to collect the shed wasted next morning between 09:00 and 11:30. Nothing came and I spent the day ring the office for no one to return a call. At 18:30 I was informed the van wasn't coming and they would be with me next morning at 09:00. at 09:45. I received a call from the van driver that he was on his way but would ring me back if there was more waste that he would expect (what volume he was expecting I haven't a clue) and there would be additional charge. He rang back 20 minutes later to inform me there would be an additional charge. After a very frustrating phone which I asked them to leave the waste and I would request a refunded, the waste was loaded onto their van. A photograph was take of the quarter full load.
From start to first a really poor service and I would advise anyone to avoid the Kollect service.

My second time using Kollect…. Deco & team collected from Broadale, Douglas… spoke with Shauna on phone to arrange, who was so so helpful & friendly, giving good advice… Deco & team very efficient, arranged a time with me before hand & again very helpful while doing the removal…

Excellent service, other providers offering 3-4 weeks before collection, Kollect was within 2 days and cheaper.

On time, excellent and efficient service. Guys done a great job 👍.

I live abroad and needed some broken furniture collected from my Dublin home - I found Kollect online and from the first call from Jerome the process was easy. They were helpful, always available for my many queries and three days later the item has been collected for what I think is a very reasonable amount.
