KNEW HEALTH WAS THERE FOR ME.
I have been a member of Knew Health for about 4 years. Broke my wrist 10 days ago and their response has been PHENOMENAL. They explained the entire, EASY process to me & it has been a piece of cake. I submitted my bills, paid my share and they have already sent me a check for reimbursement for a part that I paid on my own. I could not be happier. I have send quite a few members their way over the years and I cannot wait to send more. An ER visit at a hospital I trusted with stellar care for $1000. My wrist is on the mend and I am so grateful I found them years ago.

Phenomenal Experience Compared to Health Insurance
I have been a member of Knew Health for 3 years. The value I have gotten from Knew Health has been unmatched. Ever since being exposed to health sharing, I will not go back to using insurance! It is a real sweetener for me that I get two free life coaching sessions per membership year. All of my medical bills have been promptly processed. Granted, there have been delays here & there due to some needs having to go through extra review but once that is done, I am promptly reimbursed.
I have had 4 medical needs this year and once the IUA has been applied, everything has been promptly shared. Customer service is fantastic with John helping me navigate the doctors office's billing & medical records departments if I need to. Whenever I have left a voicemail, my calls are always returned.
Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Knew Health a little over a year and have been delighted with the approach they take on preventative care as well as the support during medical emergencies. I cannot say enough about this team - especially John, who is helping me through the (often frustrating) medical maze. I like knowing that my Knew Health monthly contributions are going towards helping the community rather than to the shareholders of a corporate insurance company.

My husband and I are both part of the health and wellness space, I’m a health coach, and he’s a business owner. When we were searching for a healthcare provider, my husband researched our options extensively. Knew Health immediately caught our attention with its unique approach, focusing on preventative care. It’s less complicated than traditional insurance but still provides the security of hospital coverage when needed.
Our search ended when we found Knew Health! We’ve been members for a few years now and recently added our newborn baby to the membership. Knew Health’s approach aligns perfectly with our values, and working with them has been a breeze, even when we had to make a last-minute change to our plan due to a twist at the end of my pregnancy.
John from the care team has been an absolute rockstar. Sometimes the angels who help us in life don’t get the recognition they deserve, and he certainly deserves it. The team is efficient, professional, and kind, making their customer service outstanding. Issues are resolved quickly, and the care feels personal, which is so important when it comes to healthcare.
The membership is reasonably priced, and we recommend Knew Health to all our friends and family who are tired of traditional insurance. I highly recommend Knew Health, 10/10! I wish more people knew about Knew Health and realized they can have better care for their present and future health.

Zero Complaints!!
When I moved back to the US I was shocked at the costs of health insurance and began looking for alternatives. I am so glad I came across Knew Health as an affordable option. I did a lot of research on various heath cost sharing groups, and Knew Health stood out for various reasons. As someone who regularly invests time and money into my health (buying grass-fed, organic, from local farmers), I loved Knew Health’s approach on preventative care. I loved getting to choose my own care and not being locked into “in-network” providers. Their customer service is beyond excellent. New to Knew Health
Being new to Knew Health, I wasn't sure what to expect once we actually had a claim that we could submit for a Need Request. Well I can tell you that my experience was AMAZING!!! So very, very different from my experience with 'normal' insurance in a positive way! First off, the submission process was super easy. And secondly the customer support was great! John from Knew Health responded to my request within a few days of submission and helped to clear up some confusion around request so that it could be processed as intended. No hassle, only helpful! Would highly recommend as a much better alternative to traditional insurance as a self-employed, small business owner. Thank you!

Excellent Experience - Excellent Company
I was a member of Knew Health for about six years. I am so glad I made the decision to go with Knew Health. My costs never increased the entire time. Their preventative health care service makes it a great value in my estimation. I needed an emergency surgery, and that was fully covered seamlessly after paying my initial obligation.
I found their customer service to be outstanding - always thorough and professional.
Making the change to health share can be a daunting consideration for many of us. I have zero regrets and would absolutely recommend Knew Health.

They make it easy and that’s life changing!
The single greatest healthcare coverage experience my husband and I have ever had, combined!
Not only is the plan affordable, the coverage makes sense and is fair - but the greatest thing of all is the opportunity to actually talk to a real person when things come up.
Whenever information needs to be shared or a follow up needs to happen, I always get an email and am able to reply right there as well.
As a mom of three young children, I don’t have time to wait on hold or play phone tag with agents. Knew Health makes it easy to understand and easy to manage! 10/10 recommend.

Serious health crisis
We joined Knew Health in 2019. Over the years we have utilized their services for a colonoscopy reimbursement and have utilized the discounted and free costs on lab tests and discounted costs on supplements. We had never used the medical sharing portion of our membership. However, in July 2024 my wife had a serious health crisis. It came on suddenly and without warning. We went to the emergency room thinking she would need antibiotics or an IV. It turned out she was in renal failure. Her kidneys had stopped working. We were in intensive care for several days, with a total hospital stay of 13 days. And now receiving outpatient care. Knew Heath was and is absolutely awesome. They were always quick to respond via phone or email with information and advice on how to deal with the bills and how to negotiate as a self-pay patient without insurance. And Knew Health was quick to share funds back to us, direct to our bank account. It was horrible to be in the hospital, but was great to know Knew Health was on our side with regards to the numerous and high bills. It was awesome that there were reliable and personal points of contact for us to reach out to. We’re so grateful.

Knew health is the solution
For several year I could not afford traditional health insurance. Knew health was a wonderful solution. Thankfully my husband and I only had to use it a few times, but they always were able to get our medical costs reimbursed quickly. The customer service team is amazing. They even called to check on me after I submitted a claim for an ER visit. They seem like a company that actually cares. I have nothing but good things to say. The only reason I canceled my membership is because I got an excellent health insurance plan through a new employer.
