We are a refreshingly different way to approach healthcare. We are not insurance. We are a Community of like-minded individuals, families, and businesses that manage their own healthcare. Our Members have no limitations, like networks, because our services work the same way in every state. Through concierge support, we manage our Members' costs for general wellness care and for new medical conditions, like illnesses, injuries, and pregnancies. We drastically reduce the cost of healthcare through negotiations and limit the financial impact on individual members by sharing medical costs among all members. Members also receive annual allowances to put towards additional health/wellness costs, along with access to free health coaching, discounts on supplements, free 24/7 telemedicine, discounts on lab work, and so much more. We make it possible to effectively manage healthcare expenses through the simplicity of a monthly membership.

As indicated in the Member Guidelines, these expenses are generally not shareable as Knew Health can be paired with vision and dental benefits outside of the Community. With that said, Members are still able to share routine vision and dental expenses through their annual Self-Care Credit. Many Community Members choose to use their Self-Care Credit for those types of expenses. Knew Health has been very easy and…

Knew Health has been very easy and enjoyable to work with. Their team is responsive to my questions and need submissions. Reimbursements show up in my bank account within days of submission. Working with them has been an empowering experience for me in navigating our broken medical system. I believe my family and I have been able to access superior health care at affordable rates by working outside the system and having more choice. I've been able to share 100% of my home birth fees after meeting my IUA. My husband has been able to share expenses from working with doctors who choose not to accept traditional insurance and prioritize the health and wellness of their clients. I'd highly recommend Knew Health to anyone that, like us, are self-employed, not interested in paying even higher fees for catastrophic insurance plans that don't have many benefits and are dedicated to wellness.

Highly recommend Knew Health!!!

Highly recommend Knew Health! Everyone I work with is so friendly and helpful, they are quick to respond, and are always ready to help problem solve any bills/issues that arise. They’re quick to reimburse for medical costs. I love how it feels like I’m working with a small business vs. a mega insurance company. I feel like Knew Health actually cares about my and my family’s health and we’re not just another dollar on the books. Knew Health has made caring for our health so much more pleasant.

Knew Health is GREAT!

We have been with Knew Health for 1 year and have been very happy with them. My son had a knee injury in the summer that required surgery. Knew Health helped navigate the medical process and covered all expenses after we met the UIA. Communication and reimbursements were very timely and appreciated! I feel confident knowing Knew Health is there for my family when accidents happen.

So far so good

So far dealing with the girls at Knew Health has been a pleasure. I get to talk to actual human beings without the irritating experience of crossing buttons while listening to a robot. These people are in the business of people, and you get to talk to actual people. I have sent in one claim so far and the claim was paid within one and a half weeks. So far it's so good if it stays this way, I will stay with them.

KNEW HEALTH WAS THERE FOR ME.

I have been a member of Knew Health for about 4 years. Broke my wrist 10 days ago and their response has been PHENOMENAL. They explained the entire, EASY process to me & it has been a piece of cake. I submitted my bills, paid my share and they have already sent me a check for reimbursement for a part that I paid on my own. I could not be happier. I have send quite a few members their way over the years and I cannot wait to send more. An ER visit at a hospital I trusted with stellar care for $1000. My wrist is on the mend and I am so grateful I found them years ago.

Phenomenal Experience Compared to Health Insurance

I have been a member of Knew Health for 3 years. The value I have gotten from Knew Health has been unmatched. Ever since being exposed to health sharing, I will not go back to using insurance! It is a real sweetener for me that I get two free life coaching sessions per membership year. All of my medical bills have been promptly processed. Granted, there have been delays here & there due to some needs having to go through extra review but once that is done, I am promptly reimbursed.

I have had 4 medical needs this year and once the IUA has been applied, everything has been promptly shared. Customer service is fantastic with John helping me navigate the doctors office's billing & medical records departments if I need to. Whenever I have left a voicemail, my calls are always returned.

Highly recommend!

Wonderful Member Support

I’ve been with Knew Health a little over a year and have been delighted with the approach they take on preventative care as well as the support during medical emergencies. Knew Health – The Game Changer in Healthcare

My husband and I are both part of the health and wellness space, I’m a health coach, and he’s a business owner. When we were searching for a healthcare provider, my husband researched our options extensively. Knew Health immediately caught our attention with its unique approach, focusing on preventative care. It’s less complicated than traditional insurance but still provides the security of hospital coverage when needed.

Our search ended when we found Knew Health! We’ve been members for a few years now and recently added our newborn baby to the membership. Knew Health’s approach aligns perfectly with our values, and working with them has been a breeze, even when we had to make a last-minute change to our plan due to a twist at the end of my pregnancy.

John from the care team has been an absolute rockstar. Sometimes the angels who help us in life don’t get the recognition they deserve, and he certainly deserves it. The team is efficient, professional, and kind, making their customer service outstanding. Issues are resolved quickly, and the care feels personal, which is so important when it comes to healthcare.

The membership is reasonably priced, and we recommend Knew Health to all our friends and family who are tired of traditional insurance. I highly recommend Knew Health, 10/10! I wish more people knew about Knew Health and realized they can have better care for their present and future health.

Customer service was exceptional! Never ever waiting on hold and often talked to the same person who knew the situation. They worked with us quickly and helped make sense of some things that seemed daunting with a claim.

KnewHealth has been great to us!

KnewHealth has been a great decision for our family’s health care needs. We are both self employed and the health insurance options for us were not ideal. We just had our first baby and they covered all our expenses for the pregnancy/birth above and beyond the IUA. When I call, I get someone on the phone right away. They reimburse very quickly.
