Been using this Kings Loot wallet for a bit and it’s just easy. Super slim, no pocket bulk, but still holds what I need. Cards slide in smooth and stay put, pull tab works, no gimmicks. Leather feels good out of the box and breaks in fast. It keeps me from carrying junk and looks clean while doing it. I forget it’s even there, which is kind of perfect daily.

The first time I ordered from Kings Loot, I purchased two wallets for my husband for Christmas, one of them was supposed to be engraved. It was not. I was annoyed because sending it back to be engraved would mean he wouldn’t be getting it for Christmas. They refunded the engraving fee, so a few months later, I gave them a second chance and ordered some Dopp Bags. On one of them the zipper was damaged and would not open. The bag is an unusable piece of garbage. For $130, I expected some quality control. I will never order from them again. They have disappointed and inconvenienced me enough. I immediately contacted the company, sent them a video of my husband trying to get the zipper open with no success. And their reply was that they needed to contact management to decide what to do. How long is that going to take? I emailed them again. Instead of using the information I already sent them, they asked me to go through their website return request portal. I tried. It would not accept a video. I was told to take an image of the zipper and go through their website portal again. It took me to in a loop back to the beginning and never went through. I emailed them asking them to give me a phone number so I can speak to someone live. They told me to go through their website portal again. I tried. The page wouldn’t open at all. So, I email them about it. Again instead of just using my original request and video proof via email, they asked me to screenshot the page to show why it isn’t working. They want me to take a picture of a blank page. And no phone number from them. I think their AI is bonkers. When I filed a BBB complaint, King’s Loot said they would give me a refund only after I resolved the complaint. Ummm. The situation is not resolved until I get the refund. What is wrong with these people? Edit: March 17. I finally got them to send me a return label, I promptly returned the item. The tracking shows that they received it. And they still never refunded me. It has been over a month with trying to get this company to do the right thing. But they just refuse. Now I don’t have the damaged item and I don’t have the refund either. No matter what their response says below, it’s all talk. They never refunded me the $105.44 they owe me, and they never shipped me a replacement.The chargeback they are referring to was actually not money given to me: it was recharged to me and given to king’s loot.

I purchased their regular wallet several years ago, it’s awesome. It’s good in your front pocket easy to get your credit cards out and your money is right there. It’s perfect for the man on the go. And the lifetime warranty is awesome. It was an easy process. I wore mine out. They replaced it.

I purchased a Kings Loot money clip wallet as a gift. Unfortunately, it was poorly received, so I followed Kings Loot’s return process and paid to ship it back—unused, brand new, and still in its original box.

Despite this, Kings Loot refused to issue a refund, claiming the item was “used.” This is simply untrue. The wallet was never used, never carried, and returned exactly as received.

This experience reflects poorly on Kings Loot’s return practices and customer service. Customers should be aware that even when following the stated return process, refunds may be denied without justification. I would not purchase from Kings Loot again.
