Good at setting a policy up but when it comes to cancelling and getting your refund, terrible. - still waiting on refund that should have come back two weeks ago. One (slow) reply initially and now radio silence. When I’m back working outside IR35, I will be going elsewhere.

Communication was excellent, call backs came on time as promised. All options and cover were fully explained.

I spoke to Sanjaye from Kingsbridge, who was very professional and helped me set up business insurance very quickly. The initial quote was a bit on the higher side, but Sanjaye quickly looked into what he could do and came up with the best price, which is almost equal to the other providers in the market.
