I bought a cashmere scarf for my mum a few weeks ago and she loves it. Staff in store are really helpful and friendly too.

Oh dear. I went to some lengths to establish with the sales-person that I could return the gloves I had bought for my mother if they did not fit. At no point was I shown the teeny weeny disclaimer by the till that said they don't offer refunds. (Also, I don't think English was this person's first language, so possibly things got lost in translation.) The gloves didn't fit, and the guy I spoke to today said it was in effect tough luck that his salesperson had offered me a refund as this wasn't company policy. This particular store is in Cambridge on King's Parade and I have learned my lesson - avoid at all costs. It's also interesting that Kiltane appears to be a rubbish employer as well. If you treat your staff like s**t, as well as your customers, your business won't last long.

I bought a crew neck sweater and when I took it off, I heard a crack and now it has a hole under the armpit. Even my low quality sweaters don't crack that easily.

Terrible product, terrible customer service. I purchased a cashmere sweater, it was hard and itchy plus very very thin. I honestly question it was cashmere at all. Returned it immediately but you need approval from CS to do that. Good luck with that, no phone number no return of email for days. Please save your money,

At my interview I was shown the scale of kiltane and it was impressive, I was told after the summer that an expansion of the store was to happen and I was going to be apart of it and involved. I accepted the job thinking I was to be listened and heard to about my opinions, thinking my experience and time in the relative field was something that Kiltane would respect. Boy was I wrong, I was cut out of all decisions, I was managed on instead being worked with. The only point I felt appreciated was during the summer and the fringe festival and that was only because we were making lots of money for them.
You will love the people in your store but I ended up avoiding any interaction with kiltane itself because of how they made me feel on a daily basis, small and inconsiderate.
If you need a job this is great for you if you love being on the lowest minimum wage. Kiltane net worth was £10,722,894.00 in 2021 and most likely substantially higher now. I've worked in smaller companies that pay there basic employees better salaries than they do here.
Head office and HR hold the power and you are just a worthless cog in their machine, underappreciated and expendable, I have literally been outcasted since giving my notice

Kiktane are an abysmal company and should be avoided like the plague. Their staff are money grabbing and unethical and deliberately encourage/coerce you into making a purchase without notifying you that they do not offer refunds, only credit notes (expecting you to notice the little plastic sign by the till and read it). This was after I made it VERY clear that my purchase was for my mother who has late stage Alzheimer's and would most likely need to be returned as she is incredibly fussy To add insult to injury you then have a very limited time to use the credit note and, as I have just discovered, it cannot be applied to online purchases!! Emailing customer "services" gets you nowhere and you are met with an unsympathetic and belligerent/rude attitude with zero effort to reach a fair and satisfactory outcome. I've never known a store/company like it and hopefully never will again. Enter and purchase with CAUTION. Buyer beware!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I live in Edinburgh. There is one store and a Kiltane warehouse in Edinburgh and they didn’t offer that I return it for free, even at the warehouse. I had to post it which is old-fashion and ridiculous. And not green at all.

Besides, the photos on the website are not very accurate. I ordered a colorful and light scarf and the item received was dull and dark. I mentioned it to the customer service. First email : according to them it was because of my devices display apparently. I sent screenshots coming from their website showing the difference : no answer. Dreadful

Very disappointed with the quality of products and after sales service.
I bought a cashmere cardigan for my wife in November as a Christmas present. It cost around £100. Within two months of having it, after wearing it on only a very few occasions, the neck has become detached from the body of the garment and, despite repeated appeals to the shop in Edinburgh and their customer service department, we have been unable to obtain either a refund or replacement.

The shop in Oxford is committing fraud. They put products on sale and charge the whole price. It is not possible to return products or get a refund of any kind. Embarrassing for the company and the shop in particular

Ordered an item in a timely fashion - it was sent with the security tag still on.
I returned it immediately for next day delivery (Saturday) for them to return ASAP as I intended to wear for ladies day at Cheltenham (Wednesday) which I stated to them.
The item was not returned, and I had to chase them, consequently it arrived after ladies day (obviously not been processed).
I have been awaiting them to refund my postage, and have had to chase them again.
Finally received postage refund. But no real apology.
Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I had a tweed handbag before, got it as a gift, loved it! Now I ordered from Kiltane two cross over body bag and an earmuff. Arrived in a few days. Nice and safe packaging. Quality is absolutely 5*.
The color is just like on the pics. But size wise it is not 24x24x4 cm, mine is 26x26x7 cm.
I think it worth the money. First order on the website, received 15% discount. Nice!

Opened a cashmere sweater as a present from last Christmas (2020), and not used because of the covid 19 pandemic to find it had holes in it.
Reported situation to kiltane but received a negative response.

My last minute google shopping took me from Sydney, Australia to Kiltane of Scotland on 21/12/21. I bought my niece for her birthday, a 100% Casmere scarf & beanie gift set & a beanie & mittens gift set, who lives in Garland, Texas, USA & she received them on 24/12/21.

I was expecting for my niece to receive her items before the new year, but, for her to receive them before Christmas, was such a bonus that I truly appreciated. I am an online shopper and Kiltane of Scotland is a very trustworthy and very affordable, for quality and excellent products.

Superb service from a lovely company.
I came across Kiltane when I visited York. Friendly staff in the shops as well as online.
Very fast delivery, fast returns (I returned two of the six items I bought).
Will definitely buy from again, in fact, I may be buying the stole this morning.
