Hi. My experience has been very good with Kiltane. I think your Harris Tweed jackets should be on deals more as I would buy some more.

The single star reflects on the misleading labelling of the products. I looked at a number of sweaters in the Manchester Store. The collar label states Kiltane Scotland. The inner label in respect of the composition of the garment and washing instructions does not have information as to where the garment was manufactured. So the label misleads the purchaser into believing that the garment is made in Scotland. When I queried the provenance I was told the cashmere was from Mongolia. I ordered 3 sweaters and 2 T-shirts, all advertised as cashmere, about a month ago. I chose this brand because I expected high quality, especially considering the price—around £140 per piece.
Unfortunately, the items started pilling after just one day of wear. The fabric feels very poor quality and quickly developed a fuzzy, worn appearance, almost like cheap paper-thin material or mohair shedding. For products at this price point, this is completely unacceptable.
I have purchased cashmere from other brands costing around £70 per item, and the quality was the same or even better. Based on my experience, these products are definitely not worth the money.
Very disappointing quality and poor value for such expensive clothing. I would not recommend this brand.

Very pleased with my new jumper and cap, good quality and a reasonable price. However - I really think that the use of super skinny models is outdated and not very inclusive. Be good to see some balance Kiltane.

Having just been diagnosed with brain cancer, I wanted to treat myself to something that combined luxury, self care & comfort, and style. The shawl is the perfect example of all these qualities. My temperature is very unpredictable - but I know I can warm up quickly by throwing the scarf on. The quality is superb - clean, perfect hems. Delivery was breathtakingly fast, with great customer service. I would thoroughly recommend Kiltane - it's a product that will stay in our family in perpetuity 😊

Sell in EU from website but do not provide any safe means of returning items. Customers in EU will likely be unaware that they have to pay customs duties returning an item as well as full postage/courier costs.

We bought jackest, bags, scarves etc. from Kiltane Oxford. The staff in general, especially Ms. Pat, were really helpful. She helped and advised us very clearly and professionally. The product were really great quality. We bought a few things from their website and the shipment was perfect. Impossible to describe this product, as I haven't received it.
Big delivery issues with the carrier (UPS), who sent several mixed messages during the last 7 days. The package is probably lost and the customer service difficult to reach. The package might be sent back to Kiltane, despite my efforts to communicate with UPS and get my package.
