I thought initially that the postage was a little high. But it was so worth it! The express delivery meant that I received the gift I had ordered 2 days later & unexpectedly, on a Saturday! It was also very securely packaged. I was extremely pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail in the gift packaging & the earrings set itself is gorgeous. Hi Anna,
Thank you for ordering with us and Im sorry there was a delay recieving your order. As I can see, your order was placed the morning of the 1st and would usually be sent the same day. However, it was sent on the 2nd as there was a backlog of orders. I can see there was a delay with An Post from the tracking number, as you can see below. I don't know why they took so long, as it usually takes 2-3 days.

A lovely little keepsake gift for a young French woman who worked with us for a few months. The bracelet was dispatched and delivered very promptly and came in a lovely pouch and a nice gift bag. This was my second time to order from Kilkenny Silver and I would certainly do so again.
