Again piece of jewellery was half the size of what it advertised although I do love it. I was given a discount code but the last time I received one and tried to use it when buying me recent purchase I got a message saying it was invalid so don’t know why it is being put in with purchases.

Terrible customer service!!. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong item. I tried to call, no answer and sent many emails and also reached out via social media messages. Zero response. I guess I'm stuck with the wrong item now as I cannot contact them.
