Very easy order process, communicated well about shipping times, and the instructions that came with the product were easy to follow. They also sent a personalized video of support, thanking me for my purchase and offering customer support if needed.

I ordered and received my 272 cap last week. Arrived within 4 days of order. I ordered this as an update to replace my
IGROW unit that had stopped working due to a failed connector the week before. This cap is so much more comfortable to wear, as I don’t have to balance it on my head (limited mobility) like the IGROW helmet. This cap has many more lights, and the coverage on my scalp is much larger, so I am hoping this will provide improved growth support to the rear crown portion of my scalp. It is also easier to wear during treatment since the cap cord plugs into a handheld battery pack, as opposed to connecting to an outlet. This sense of freedom is most appreciated. Looking forward to excellent results. Time will tell.

The device was eventually delivered but it took 20 days from the time it was ordered, which in my case meant that I won’t be able to use it for a couple of months because I am now abroad.

The three stars represents the slow/lacklustre delivery. I think the company needs to be more upfront about how long it takes to arrive. The headline “two day shipping” leads one to think it would arrive in a week or so, although if you drill down into the finer print it says there might be some delays because they are busy. I didn’t see that until after I had placed the order but either way 20 days is a relatively long time. The shipping itself appears to have only taken two days from when it was ‘processed’ but it took about 18 days after they received the payment to process it, which I find a bit odd.

I also think that Kiierr should require a signature on delivery because these days packages can easily get stolen.

Eventually when I actually have the device in my hand (when I am back from abroad) I intend to use the device and if it works I will increase the rating but the shipping experience wasn’t good. There was a customer service rep who was polite so I give them credit for that at least.

Wow, these diodes are bright! I received my cap within a week and the financing option with affirm made it an easy decision to prevent my hair from thinning more. I have been using the cap for about 2 weeks and my wife says its already working. I have photos from the day I began using it. Only time will tell from here.

The cap arrived as promised.
I purchased the cap on the 19 and it arrived by the 22nd. The instructions were easy to follow. The battery was charged to 75% and I was able to use the cap within a couple of hours. It fit and felt good. Fingers crossed for a positive result.

Just used the cap for the first time. Seems awesome. Hope to get good results.

There was a slight delay on delivery but Louder was very proactive in ensuring I was informed about status and status changes.

Gear is easy to use and charging is a breeze. It can be used while doing other things as the battery is very portable and I love the mirror on the battery - very useful s. My order for the lowest level type was delayed and I was upgraded for only $75 to the next level hat/cap. I think I am seeing a little more hair growth already after 2-3 weeks.

Easy online ordering. I am also happy with customer service. The registration asks for a photo of the persons hair, and based on the website language I thought that was for the warranty, rather than the 7 month hair guarantee. (I am very sensitive about my hair issues). Customer service reached out to me and addressed the misconception.

Initially, I had some issues with the product and the process, but the company not only issued me a full refund, they also went a step further by sending additional vitamins to support my journey. On April 11th 2023 I got a brain operation done, where they removed a benign ( good) tumor of 6.5 cm x 5 cm out of my little head.
It started with vision loss in my right eye. I could only see about 5-10%. After an MRI of the head, they discovered this “little friend” living in my head, which was pressing on my R optical nerve, and because of that, I was losing vision!
No panic!! I had an amazing team of doctors and nurses who took care of me.
What was supposed to be a 6 hour operation, turned into an 8h 20 min operation from the time of incision.
The neurosurgeon told me that I might have a few issues after the operation, of which my hair not being able to grow back where they cut me open in the hairline, from L ear to R ear.
Long story short….. God had other plans….Where I was supposed to stay 5-7 days in the hospital, and of that 1 day ICU, turned out that I stayed 2 days in ICU and I was strong enough to go back home!! I wasn’t allowed to wash my hair in the beginning. Later on with only Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo and conditioner. No coloring of the hair…
Weeks went by and I recovered pretty quickly.
But all of a sudden, I noticed a lot of loss of hair. Losing hair in huge bundles….! I got scared and in a panic mode….
Even worse, when my friend asked me if I was losing hair….
I asked how she knew, and she said that there was a huge “hole” in the back of my head with no hair.

I wished there was something that I could use to make it grow faster and longer, because I had to cut it a lot shorter, because of the way it looked….
I miss my long curly hair…. And can’t wait to get the curls and length back!!
But if you want to know if this really works…. Don’t ask…. You know the answer already, after sharing my story with you!

Do not buy from this company. They sell products that are never in stock and expect you to wait months and hope you forget! They never keep you up to date on status of orders and their customer service is abominable! Every reply is less than 5 words and unhelpful or lies! Stay away from Kiier you can get these supplements from another vendor easier and cheaper on Amazon and actually get the product!

Great product, great price point. Also, the warranty does not require several registration steps upon receiving the laser cap

I order the hat and it was allegedly delivered. I never got my package. I tried talking to customer service. They won’t talk to you over the phone. Only email and they pretty much brushed it off. I lost around $700.
Never got a replacement or a refund.
Do NOT waste your money.
Get your cap from a different company.

I received my Kiierr cap just this week so I have only used it twice. I received a personal message after ordering thanking me for my order and letting me know the company was available for any questions or concerns. That was unexpected and very nice. I am looking forward to seeing some new hair growth over the next few months.

The hair cap has helped so much with hair growth. I have lots of baby hairs, so I know it is working. The Kiier cap is as good as Rogaine only much easier to use (and less messy). I would totally recommend the hair cap for hair growth. Also, the customer service from Jami is always 5 stars/excellent!!! :)

This has been a great addition to my beauty routine. As a woman in my late forties, I purchased the cap when I noticed patches of thinning hair which made me feel very self-conscious.
