After three weeks of researching the science and customer reviews I choose Kiierr.
When I ordered online I made a pricy mistake and the company more than corrected it for me.
I am truly grateful and will have warm heartfelt feelings each time I wear my Kiierr laser cap.

These days it seems like the most products are poorly made using cheap materials, They don't look or function as advertised. Customer service by phone is usually someone reading responses from a script. Email often does not provide very helpful answers that address the question. I was reluctant to purchase Keiirr Hair Growth Laser cap based on past experiences. The product sounded too good to be true. But I read a lot about laser therapy for hair growth and, although skeptical, I decided to try it because I was desperate to find a solution to my hair loss I am 64 and experienced nearly 4 years of non-stop chronic stress. My hair had fallen out to the extent of clogging the drain, filling my hair brush, and was all over my clothes. The part continued to widen and started to see my scalp. I've used Kiierr products for years now! I love the vitamins, shampoo and conditioner and the laser caps! I have actually purchased 4! I have chronic hair loss, which means I'll practically go bald in different areas up on top and then it grows back.. over and over again. I was diagnosed with Talogen Effluvium in 2020 thanks to COVID. My hair was thick and curly and had been below the shoulders and in just 3-4 months it was up to my ears, with bald spots all through my scalp. Thats when I bought my first cap. Received as a birthday gift, started using May 30th, 2025 havent missed a day yet. Use cap for 6 minutes followed by brush of 10 minutes. Very easy to use only 16 minutes a day, definitely making a difference.

Just received my 272 dual wave unit. Shipping was fast and it came very well packaged. This unit comes with the rigid storage case as well as a battery and charger. The laser LED units are contained within a separate shell that gets inserted into the cap. This allows for washing of the cap if necessary and also makes the unit more durable. Although the laser hat did not grow new hair it may have slowed my hair loss. I believe it will regrow hair with some forms of hair loss.

I ordered one it didn’t fit they said they would send me a larger one and they haven’t 4 weeks later the company is a scam and won’t refund my money or anyone’s money outside of narrow guidelines they can wiggle out of! Do not trust this company buy from another company

Received promptly. Easy to read instructions. I had a bald spot from cryosurgery with 50/50% chance of regrowth as per Dr. I have been using cap for 4 months and have about 1.5” of hair on the once bald spot!.. seems to work as my hair has always grown very slowly.

I purchased a Kiierr Laser Cap in November, 2024 at the cost of $739. The battery died 10 months later. The company provided trouble shooting instructions and then, when the battery failed to restart, offered to send a new battery (under their warranty) for $24.95. Since the cap had not produced any discernible hair regrowth, I did not spend the additional money and DISCARDED THE CAP.
During usage I found the prescribed extended treatment time - 30 minutes - inconvenient. However, I was faithful in compliance so very disappointed at lack of results.

Note: re the seller's offer below - when I emailed to decline paying for a new battery the seller did not respond and dropped email contact. As already noted I thereupon discarded the cap. So at this time a new battery offer is moot.

After several years of use my cap stopped working. Allsion from customer service helped me troubleshoot, suggested a replacement battery pack and because of some logistical/timing issue she was able to get me a free battery pack replacement which solved my problem. THANKS!

Thus far, I have had no problems with this device. It is comfortable to wear (although it’s good to know that the hat is not “flexible”; rather, it is has a hard shell that fits into the baseball cap cover). I have a sensitive scalp but have had no irritation. Customer service is very helpful (although I did have initial difficulty getting into contact with them, once I did, they were very attentive). Easy to register the device (don’t forget to upload your before photo)! Great money back guarantee in the case that you do not see results (no restocking fee if you document your progress with photos). All in all, a great experience thus far.
