Only half of my order has arrived

All the items that I ordered arrived in the required time slot. Nothing was missing. A great price.

Excellent service every thing was what, what it said big bars delivered on time very good

It's honestly an absolutely brilliant site with good prices and really fast delivery too! Definite thumbs up from me 👍

Box was beaten up , not nice as they were a presant

Paid for express delivery and item wasnt dispatches quickly at all. I therefore requested a refund for the difference in shipping costs with this just being sent as standard delivery but no response back.

The delivery service was great as now using Royal mail. Website easy to use, but did not send enough of what I ordered. Easily rectified though. But all in all a good company to deal with

Great combination of 3 different Mountain Dew flavors.
All 24 cans have a shortish best before date of September/October but they will all be
consumed by then.

The delivery of the goods was fine but disappointed with the crouches as all the chocolate has turned white.

Used before a couple of times and was great. This time Sadly the order took ages and wasn’t all there, infact half was mixing and no explanation. Takes ages to get a reply to emails so I’m still waiting for it to be sorted.

Ordered 15 90g organic chocolate bars. Got sent a very different much smaller/cheaper box of sampler sized chocolate. Emailed the company but didn't even get a response. Will never shop with this company again.

I have not received my order. It said that I would receive it by the 10th of July and it is now the 18th of July and I have emailed twice and not had a response. The sweets were for my daughter’s class for the end of the year she has finished school now so I no longer need the sweets. I’m not sure if they’re going to turn up but no one responds to emails.

My order did not arrive. I’ve reached out to find out what’s happening but my email mas gone unanswered.

This firm is positively stupid as order did not arrive and they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement I opted for a refund so now they have said they have sent a replacement.I can not recommend this store !!!

I was so excited to try the chocolates, and they arrived beautifully packaged! 🍫 The selection was truly wonderful, a delightful variety for any chocolate lover. However, I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time, as it did take longer than I anticipated. Despite the wait, the quality of the chocolates made up for it. I'm looking forward to enjoying them! 😋

Great prices as always but lately delivery taking a bit longer than before

Nexd day delivery took over 7 day to come

Delivery time was much longer than advertised and was not made away that some of the bars are smaller ones

we dont get the iteam
