Delivery took longer than expected. Much less chocolate than I expected due to picture on site. Plus...most of the chocolate items only had a few weeks left before going out of date..... Be cheaper to buy items separately.....

Very bad company, beware they scam you, don't send items, dead phone line, won't reply to online chat or emails, then they claim you to be liar, when you contact bank

Great company who responded quickly when our delivery appeared to be delayed.

You forgot to include my promised gift! The chocolate I ordered is good and delivery fine. I told you the same day about the missing gift and I didn't get a reply 🙁

The cheapest product on the market for the same thing. Arrived promptly and in good condition

For about 3 months now I have been trying to get them to send items missing from my order. Literally dozens of emails sent with questions sent back, ive supplied photographs, screenshot, dates, order numbers, numerous times......yet still I am without my full order which they have been paid for in full.
I phoned a number of times too (the phone is nolongered answered), only to be told they have had "too many orders to deal with and I will send this to you first class tomorrow)......its a joke it really is. If the can not provide an efficient service they need to employ more staff not take customers money and not rectify their mistakes.
Ive now cancelled a subscription with them as I will not risk losing yet more money, as well as time energy and sanity, in dealing with such a shambolic company.

Bought 2 boxes of Walnut Whips from them as I couldn't find any in my local shops. It arrived quite quickly and well packaged. Very happy with their service

I tried to contact admin multiple times to no avail! Shopify sent my report to the company and I am yet to receive a response.

The order took a long time to arrive and when it did. it was wrong. instead of 2 packs of 10 white Rittersport, they supplied two packs of milk chocolate Rittersport.
They offer a next day supply and I requested that they replace the incorrect ones via this method, via email- guess what ,no reply!

The order was very delayed and despite contacting the company 3 times I had no replies. Very frustrating customer service. I did get the product eventually but not until after much distress was caused.

The prices and the communication is fair. To keep the shipping date is something what has room for improvement.

Order went through ok and was told delivery of item would be between certain dates. No delivery and no updates.
Contacted them several times and then eventually they refunded me as looked like there was no stock.
Will not use them again for the poor communication
