Shocking customer service! Have tried to contact them 3 times via email as there are no other ways to contact them and still no reply! Avoid!

I am happy with my order other than one faulty product.
I have now tried 3 times to contact the company for a replacement so far they have not replied.
I won't be reording for this product as I don't know if it will work.

I ordered from here for my son's party bags and everything arrived in good time and as described. However, in the end, I realised I had ordered too much so kept one pack of balloons and sent everything else back, unused. The return order was accepted and I was confused about postage so someone from the company confirmed by email that I had to pay for postage due to there being nothing wrong with the items ,etc. Fair enough, so I paid for postage through the Royal Mail, received proof of postage and waited for my refund which has never come. I have emailed them twice using the same email address I used previously to speak to them and no-one has responded. Tracking the parcel shows it was delivered to them on April 26th. Absolutely shocked at this awful customer service and blatant ignoring of emails, but looking at the comments on their Facebook page, perhaps I shouldn't be quite so shocked as apparently it appears to be quite common for this company, so please think before you order from them. I certainly shall not risk using them again.

I made an order for party bag fillers for my daughter’s first birthday and I have not receive the order.
I have filled out the contact form as there is no number or email address and I have not received a response.
Money down the drain and will now have to order for elsewhere.
Please avoid!

I really didn't want to leave such a negative review but I'm extremely disappointed in the recent order that I made and still haven't received.

I have sent requests via the contact us form and still not heard back. They do not have a phone number to call or direct email address.

I'm hoping at least this will get looked at and my issue resolved.

I have ordered numerous times before and received perfect service so once again decided to order from this website for party fillers for the summer fair at my daughters school, however i received passport holders that was originally addressed to a completely different person. They have added my address label on and sent it to me instead, so they have inconvenienced two customers.

The summer fair is raising money for the kids and we don't have money to pay to companies like this that don't even value our repeat custom and can't be bothered to reply to our numerous messages.

If we can only contact you via the contact form then at least check it regularly. Your website says to expect a reply within 48 hours and it's been nearly a week.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

I ordered your party cups for my daughters party bags on Saturday (40) and only 37 straws arrived to attached them on! I have been trying to get a hold of you for days now via your contact form (no other way to communicate) and no one is getting back to me!!!

Her party is on Saturday and as it stands I'm going to have to go out and spend more money (due to a fault of yours) to buy 3 extra party gifts for now what will be miss matched party bags otherwise I won't have enough!

If you're going to have only one way to contact you atleast have the decency to check this often in case of emergencies like this one, caused by you!

Terrible customer service. Only received part of my order. Emailed numerous times asking for it to be sent, had one reply saying they would look into this and then never heard back. Chased and chased hoping the items would arrive before the party and they never came. Now chasing for a refund. Do not buy from this company!!

I’ve ordered several times before without issue however on my most recent order an item was out of stock, it was hand written on the invoice ‘refund’ but no refund has been received. I filled in the online contact us form but no contact received. Its only a small amount of money but its the principal of it and makes me wonder what would happen if it were a large sum of money! Unfortunately I think I will have to find another company to purchase from.

I ordered with plenty of time, my son's party is tomorrow and they've still not arrived. There's no way to contact either this company or the courier and I'm really disappointed.

I ordered 73 items, only 25 arrived.
I raised this issue on the 17th May and still no refund or reply since.
I had to order presents and party bag items elsewhere costing.

Came across this website and I need urgent party packs from my daughters bitthday to give to all her school friends. Service was impeccable next date delivery available and it arrived safely and great selection some educational and kids activities all in resonalable price range highly recommended to parents. Thank you really pleased with tracking service too made feel better it would arrive on time.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the products. I ordered on the 24th of May and wasn't expecting it to arrive after 4 days (considering it was a long weekend and I ordered so many things). The prices were great and the products were good quality. They were also nicely packed! Would totally recommend and would definitely be buying party bag fillers from this company again 👍

The worst company ever to purchase from, delivery was weeks late with no contact or update.
Returned items as they arrived late for my daughter’s party, it’s been 1 month no refund, sent several emails still no response. The worst service ever!!!!!

Avoid! I think this is a scam company. Items ordered were not in stock. Received email saying I've been refunded. Not the case. When I emailed, they claimed the order didn't exist and couldn't find the payment. I send proof of order and payment, still claimed that they couldn't find it. I had to open a case through PayPal to get my money back.

I purchased 'bat and balls' for my childs party. We tried two out and the balls broke immediately. They are ignoring all my emails for a refund. I've emailed them five times and submitted two website submissions. I've even found Tom Clements who is the only person on LinkedIn and contacted him that way. I can see in companies house that Mark Clements is the MD, however I cannot get hold of him. BE WARY, THEY HAVE POOR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Placed order a month ago in plenty of time for my sons birthday party which is this weekend. No sign of my order. Have sent multiple emails and filled out the contact Us form, no response. There are no telephone numbers to make contact on. I will have a very disappointed 4 year old
