A complete an utter disgrace if you ask me. I have been messed around so much this week. Firstly my order was incorrect m, secondly they sent out further products and that was incorrect, furthermore, sent another order which was broken and some of it I never requested. Requested a call from a manager and nothing forthcoming ( still working from home no doubt) quality poor, service poor. I will never order from this company again. Utter shambles.

EXCELLENT BED! The design is beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb. We got a triple sleeper with a trudle and a customised slide on the side and carpeted steps. My kids are 6 and 4 and they love it. The kids names are scripted beautifully. On top of all this the service is also excellent. Prompt delivery and assembly. Bed time is so much fun in this bunk bed I highly recommend.

Durability and comfort in one! It's good value for your money!

Good quality materials finished and painted to a good quality. We opted to assemble the bunk bed ourselves. It was a little tricky in places but the 'first time' is always the hardest. Matters were not helped though by the instructions which we found a bit vague in places. We also had a safety concern insofar as the longitudinal wooden battens that the bed slats are screwed to had fewer screws on one side compared to the other on both the upper and lower bunks. So we beefed up things by removing the longitudinals and reattaching with grab adhesive and more screws. The prospect of a top bunk falling onto the lower bunk isn't great. The big test was 'do the grandkids love it?' Oh yes, 100%!

I read the reviews before purchase and was really glad to be proved correct! Service was great and always had emails responded to promptly with any questions. Delivery time was much shorter than expected, however I changed my date with no problem as room needed painting. The beds themselves look amazing and feel super stable, safe and sturdy. Kids have loved their beds since they were installed. I’m so glad I paid extra for the install as delivery guys were in and out in half an hour. Thank you! Very happy family!
