Wish we could give no stars. Company informed us 2 days before delivery (6 weeks after placing order) that they had gone into liquidation and they would contact with liquidators details in 48 hours and we had to wait <12 weeks for a refund, in actual fact it took a further 6 weeks for the details to come through. Facebook page and website still up and running

Took a lot of money from myself and other people knowing the company was going bust and that they weren’t sending mine or people’s beds to them. Absolutely disgusting!! They were still posting on social media as if nothing was wrong. False advertisement con artists

Are you serious? They went bust!!!

Should have a new bed being delivered for my girls birthday today. Instead I am £1300 down and no bed. What is absolutely disgusting is that there is no information about the liquidation company at all.

Brilliantly made, great price, service was amazing.

I had to change my bed type before my original item was made and it was so easy to do.

Bed never arrived as the company had gone bust. Still no information from the liquidators so I’m out over £1k at the moment

I am very angry and frustrated about how this furniture company had treated me and other relatives that made purchases recently! I placed my order via their website in June and even called them to enquire about my order, it all seemed well! However a couple of days before my delievery date i get an email from them informing me that they are going into Administration and that i will not be recieving my furnitures!!

I did tried to get in touch but no one dares to answer ur calls or even respond to ur emails?!!

I had spent just under 2K for my order so this really got me angry!! The fact that they choose to ignore you just really baffled me to the core! Whats funny is that i have ordered from them before and they were very good! I never had any issues with them whatso ever!

The other thing that frustrated me was that my boys were super excited about their new slide bed and were even counting down the days of the delivery! Breaking the news to them really upset me the most!

Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! their website is still active and people can still place orders! This is a big time rip off! Take down ur website!!

Placed an order in June. Received an email on Monday 24th July (day my order was meant to be dispatched) informing me the company was coming into liquidation. Offered to collect the item myself not heard anything from them and the website is still actively accepting orders and payments

I am absolutely furious that a triple sleeper bed I ordered in May this year has now had the order cancelled and an email advising of the liquidation of the company has been sent. No other contact. It’s appalling this website is still open and accepting orders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am owed £1202.20. Livid.

I am so disappointed with the recent service I have experienced with this company. I have been trying to purchase a wardrobe for the last 3 weeks, yet the payment method platform is down on the site. I have left several messages with initial response that the service would be rectified by the end of the day, or week but to no avail. I am now not receiving any response at all. I have tried to call the company to see if I can order over the phone yet no answer and to reply to my voicemail. It is so disappointing as my first experience of this company was very positive, when I ordered a cabin bed and chest of drawers.

I really hope this company have not lost their enthusiasm for emaculate customer service as the quality is so high. If I do not receive a response soon I will be forced to shop elsewhere.

Bought in May 2023, then was emailed the day before delivery on the 24th July to say they were going into liquidation. Shocking really, because you can still buy from the website.

Some information to hopefully help those in a similar position.

Kidsfuntimebeds went into administration in May 2022. The Administration company have informed me that the name was bought by Luxury children's beds.

At the time of writing this, Luxury Childrens beds is not in administration or liquidation (google search for TheGazette and insolvency).

You should try to contact the provider and resolve the dispute (I've had no response since the 24th...).

You should also contact your Credit card provider (or whoever you used to purchase the item with) and raise a dispute.

At this time, the company is still trading, so in reality you're stating that you bought an item and not received it (highlight that they say they are going into liquidation. You must be honest and upfront).

My bank have already credited my account for the full payment, pending the outcome of their enquiry.

Absolutely heartbroken for my little girl who has been waiting for her dream bed from the 11th of May. Gifted to her as a birthday present, who has been counting down sleeps and crossing days off in her calendar! I have finally after a long wait and delays received an email confirmation that her bed is being delivered this Thursday! Shared amazing news with her only to find out two hours later, followed by another email, that the company is shutting the business down and it's going into liquidation. No bed, no money, one extremely sad little girl.... emails are now being ignored and can't get through to them. I am absolutely devastated and would not wish this upon any parent. Needless to say we paid over £2,000 for this bed and waited nearly three months....

DONT PAY THEM - they are activly taking paying and not returning and in liquidation!!!!!! Do not pay or order robbing people!

Ordered a bed on the 27th may- still not received it (now 24th July) chased this up and been told we will not be getting the bed due to financial difficulty as the company is going into administration and will not be receiving the money back! Disgusting considering after our order date and we’ll into July you are posting and advertising your beds on fb and currently the website is still fully running taking peoples money for a product you will never deliver to them. Absolutely disgusting, I have one disappointed little boy who won’t be getting his dream bed. Feel absolutely conned. You should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT BUY a ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely perfect, from start to finish, the customer service people were great, the guys who installed it were so fast and professional, every thing was on time and built to perfection, honestly so worth the money. Best service I have received in years. Totally recommend

The bed exceeded my expectations so beautiful and strong. It doesn’t creak and move like other bunk beds and lots of storage. My children are very happy and love their new bed!
