Found what I wanted in about 5 minutes which is more than I can say for most health stores.

Needed a change from my usual, these did the job

My usual choices were getting a bit repetitive... time to try something else. Came across a few nice ones

So I went for something different

This company does not feel genuine. They seem to rely heavily on AI-generated emails, and whenever you ask a straightforward question, they avoid actually answering it, making it almost impossible to get a clear response.

I waited around two months to receive my order, only to receive the wrong product. Then, three months later, I noticed they had started taking money from my account.

When I questioned the charges, they told me I had selected a monthly renewal. I asked why they hadn't taken any payments for months if I had supposedly agreed to an ongoing subscription. Their response was that they had “paused” the subscription because of their backlog and had now started charging again.

That doesn't make sense to me. If they were unable to honour the auto-renewal for months and had effectively paused it, I believed the arrangement was no longer active. If they intended to restart the recurring payments, I believe they should have notified me and asked whether I still wanted the subscription.

Instead, they simply started taking money again months later and are now relying on the fact that I apparently clicked “monthly renewal” when I originally placed the order.

The whole experience has been frustrating, and getting a straight answer from customer service has been almost impossible. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I spent about 20 minutes looking through everything before I finally placed my order. Ended up making the right choice.

The products were okay. I tried the keto cookies. The texture was good, and they were enjoyable with a cup of coffee

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. They get you on a subscription you can't cancel & don't reply to emails. Absolute scam artists & should be investigated.

One of the worst companies I have ever purchased from, initial order took 6 weeks to arrive then somehow unknowingly I was signed up for a subscription, emailed 4 times to cancel, twice before next item was shipped, still delivered, then tired to return order and was told can’t be returned, it took them 5 weeks to get back to me from initiating the return online. Do not waste your money.

I have asked that the subscription I never asked for be canceled but have been told they will not cancel it until three deliveries have been made. It is an absolute joke because I never got any notification about it being a subscription. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would.
So ridiculously hard to cancel orders and even harder to get a refund.

Replies to my emails are unanswered or generic responses so they need to retrain AI Anna as its beyond frustrating.

I have been going around in circles since Feb.
They received my returned product on 28th May. Its now 8th June and no sign of a refund....

Putting pins in your eyes would be less painful than dealing with this company.

Slower shipping, but good results so far. Checked reviews before ordering and a mass of 1 star reviews about delays was not helpful, product reviews were reliable and consistent with my experience, I recommend trying for yourself

Ordered a 3 month supply of AM and PM gummies 29/01/26 received order 20/03/26, honestly it didn’t bother me I wasn’t in a rush. I gave the gummies a try for approx. 2-3 weeks and unfortunately they didn’t agree with me. I had a box of 4 other bottles left and didn’t want to waste them so I got in contact to explain the situation then submitted a return request as per there website and they seemed to agree the return and refund could be completed. So I went ahead with sending the unopened items back as per their policy with the exact details the parcel needed on the box. I sent these back around 14/04/26 and still haven’t heard any updates on whether the return has been received by the shipping partners or any update on any sort of refund. Not expecting money back but what a waste of everyone’s time…nothing like any “small family business” I’ve ever had dealings with.

*Requested an update from the shipping partner 22/05/26. They asked for order number again (which is written huge on the box and even in the initial email) as well as the Site ID?? (No idea what that is!) as they are “unable to locate the shipment without it”…replied back with details as requested but not response as yet 25/05/26.

BUYERS BEWARE. We purchased this product and experienced delays far beyond what was originally promised. Due to the ongoing delays, and after a comment my husband made on a Facebook post, we were advised we would receive a $50 voucher as compensation — which we never received.

To make matters worse, last week another $185 was taken from our account for a repeat order we never subscribed to or authorised. We immediately tried contacting the company to stop the order and request a refund, however we received no response. We have called and emailed multiple times with no success.

The unwanted order has now arrived, and there appears to be no customer service support available at all. Very disappointing experience.

Scam, never respond to emails and they keep taking money. avoid at all costs.

They gave us the option to turn on our subscription service and due to cost of living we did not choose to turn the service on and now they have taken $415 from our account and are refusing to refund our money and not allowing our subscription to be terminated. We have sought legal advice and in the process of lodging a complaint with the ACCC. No company is authorised to take money without your authority or disable your ability to cancel a subscription and the ACCC will now be dealing with this matter.
