my name is Mona and I had balayage done on my hair just today at Hamilton Central. Sharini was the best. She did a good job. She was really helpful and took good care of me throughout All the workers are really nice. They even asked me for tea and coffee.

My experience was horrible. Had to wait an hr for the main hair dresser cause the one in the store was a junior, I didn’t receive any message for this. Junior hairdresser kept telling me to wait 5-10min as he’ll be there at that time. My hair took 3 1/2 hrs despite it being cut short and just to colour brown. My scalp hurts from all the pulling. Got a treatment but straighten my hair, with no heat protection whatsoever. Overall shtty shtty experience sat down for 4 1/2 hrs, not coming back

Ordered "same day shipping" didn't receive an email and had to follow up after 2 days. After 2 days, I received an email in broken English saying they're waiting for the item from their supplier. I asked for a refund instead and they said it's been refunded, but it hasn't. I've asked for ETA on the refund, no reply. Avoid.

Absolutely rude service at the Manukau Mall branch. Manager doesn’t know how to speak nicely to clients. I had booked an appointment for my mum for 12:30pm on Saturday 9th December for a cut and colour and specially requested a particular staff member, we arrived and was told we need to wait and take a seat, I asked how long and was told 30 minutes to which I said no. What is the point of taking bookings if you’re going to make your clients wait 30 minutes after their booking time. We then waited around 10 minutes and was told it’s our turn, as soon as my mum took a seat, the manager from the front of the counter started yelling at us ‘do they have a booking, what time is their booking’ I then walked to her to tell her my name and she rudely pointed and told me ‘you can stand on the other side’ the music is so loud in the place you cannot hear a single person speaking. She then didn’t say anything to me after I had pointed out that my booking is clearly on their system which I could see. It was meant to be a lovely experience for my mum but this whole experience was truly horrible and made us stressed.

Also while sitting down there were two other customers who heard the whole initial conversation and both commented that they always experience the same rude service here and if it weren’t for the hair dressers they wouldn’t come back.

The staff are absolutely lovely and we keep going back for Shani’s service. But this place really needs better management and lacks customer service.

10 Apr - ordered shampoo and conditioner online.
14 Apr - package assessed by NZ post as undeliverable. Emailed them to find out why.
17 Apr - Kess said they will resend another package.
18 Apr - received an email the package is resent - THIS TIME IT WAS ADDRESSED TO A WRONG ADDRESS! Of course courier followed their instructions and delivered to the wrong address! Emailed to complain and ask for a refund. NO REPLY. Not even a word of apology.
(I had to personally go collect my package at the wrong address because they chose to ignore me)

NO REPLY since then, they have ghosted me. I’m trying to search online if there’s a way to make a complaint officially.

Even though they advertise fast and free shipping, with slightly cheaper prices compared to other online companies. Do not engage them, it is NOT worth it. I WON’T BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

Order a hair colour product - was excited as advertised as same day dispatch and free products and the price was good too. Nothing arrived so I contacted via email, and messenger. Got a reply from the CEO with promises of it being packed the next day and that he would throw in more free products and give me discount on future orders - NOTHING - kept messaging for days and NOTHING!! I made a dispute to the bank as had seen on facebook bad comments etc. Suddenly i get a reply saying they dont have the product but will refund me for the hair colour i got and send me another hair colour. This morning the other hair colour arrived however no refund so my dispute still stands! This company is disgusting and have no respect for customers at all. The CEO is a complete arrogant man and I would NEVER ever ever in my life use this company again! The absolute worst online service its disgusting!

Ordered a couple of items a week ago. Items arrived only yesterday so not sent the same day as ordering. One of the items was NOT what I ordered. They have taken it upon themselves to send something that they thought it should be eg Ordered shampoo for blonde hair and also a shampoo for coloured hair. These items were for two different people. They have sent another shampoo for blonde hair. I emailed them but have heard nothing back. I am really angry at what they have done. All I wanted was what I ordered and NOT something that they thought I should have.
Absolutely no customer service. Take some advice and don't order anything from them. You are likely to receive something that is useless. Pay a little more and order from a more reliable seller then you will probably get what you have ordered. I am very unhappy and will never use this website again especially when they stipulate to email them straightaway if you happen to receive something that is incorrect oh then of course you won’t hear back from them. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

Since I ordered Fudge products online a month ago I have heard nothing.
Money went out of my account quickly but no one responds to queries.
Update 16.3.23
So, on 10 March I finally received an email reply saying they did not have the products in stock so I asked for a refund.
14.3.23 I get a shipment advice and today the products arrived.
Still won’t use again as communication and wait time was poor for something Kess said was in stock.

No communication after I placed my order. I sent them 20+ messages via email, live chat, Facebook, SMS and WhatsApp to ask about the status of my order, with no response. They claim to offer same day dispatch but this was not the case. They might have the lowest prices but their customer service is non-existent so I would recommend shopping on a reputable website, even if the prices are higher.
