I purchased my digital piano 16 months ago and didn't write a review at the time, but after some outstanding post sale service I feel compelled to do so.

The initial delivery was timely and professional. I remember that the courier helped me bring the piano into my house through quite awkward positions, bearing in mind this is a heave mid/higher end digital piano and not just a keyboard.

16 months later a fault developed with the piano. I found my order confirmation and raised a ticket with them through them website. Since then I've consistently receive next day responses when they provided clear troubleshooting options through to arranging repairs with the manufacturer, keeping me updated throughout.

What a great company. Whilst I was away from home on holiday, I managed to find the best price for a BOSS DD8, I decided to buy but didn't want it to be sitting on the doorstep till I got back home. So before I actually bought it, I sent a message to Kenny's music saying exactly that!
Ross Holder, said it would not be a problem at all, sorted the payment then and there. After we got home on the 12th, it turned up half eleven Monday morning 14th. Bloody Fantastic!!!

Had a wonderful experience recently, purchasing a squier telecaster. Ross was very accommodating and helpful with the process and delivery. Very happy with it.

Fantastic service and really helpful staff with great prices. Aberdeen shop saved my life by having a Roland power pack in stock, gave me a great deal on a new Alesis Strata Core and have been super helpful ever since. Ross and the team do a fantastic job and they are LOCAL.

Are you are worried or fed up of dealing with AI bots over the phone or on the internet (I am tired of their faux courtesy and machine intelligence [or lack of...,])? Then why don't you head on over to Kenny's Music and talk to real humans who are extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with music.

Ross and Alan (tell them Chris sent you..!) will go out of their way to process any inquiry and sort out any problem you might have (music related anyway).

Do you want your child to get to Carnegie Hall? Apart from PLENTY of practise, you'll need these guys and their years of experience to get your child started on the road to stardom...

...as for me...it's too late...one can't teach a old dog new tricks!

Slight defect in the product yamaha provided. The guys at kennys arranged for the old product to be collected and a replacement to be sent to me free of charge. The communication was excellent. I wasn't left wondering what was going on at all.

I would highly recommend Kenny’s Music and especially the professional attitude of Ross who made an excellent experience that I will always remember. I am an adult who knew for years I will buy a piano when my children grew up. I used to play the piano since I was a kid, then stopped and started but finally I made it. I have purchased Yamaha P-125 digital piano and what a surprise to receive an email from Ross giving me an option to receive P-145 for the same price. I had to wait for the new Yamaha bundle to arrive. Ross defo went above and beyond with his marketing sense and customer service. He kept me updated till the day I was received my purchase. Bought a used Baritone Ukulele from Kenny’s music. Excellent Website and easy to navigate so buying was easy. Because I am often away from home I had to negotiate a date that was suitable for me to take delivery. However, that was no problem at all for Ross - the Sales person who dealt with me. I wanted to order a piano, which turned out to be out of stock so contacted Kenny's Music. Got response from Drew who kept sending me almost daily updates. Amazingly positive attitude towards customer, very professional, helpful and supportive. With no pressure of salesman trying to convince you to get something you don't want.

Received my Vintage V120 and totally happy with it. Delivered in great condition, no problems. Good price for a solid guitar.
Before it was sent out they contacted me about a colour difference and sent pics of actual guitar which I actually like better, but that was good service from Ross giving me the option which was appreciated.

I ordered a guitar for for my grandson from Kenny’s Music as it was offered at half price and a good deal. Unfortunately the guitar was damaged by the courier in transit and arrived cracked and dented. I contacted Kenny’s by email and explained the issue and sent photos of the damage. I received a reply within minutes from Drew Innes who was extremely apologetic and promised to send out a replacement straight away. I got a tracking number sent through and a new guitar was delivered safely the next day. As a bonus the replacement was an upgrade to the original guitar and Drew advised that I didn’t need to send back the damaged item so it has been donated to my local school group.
Overall, faultless customer service from Drew and Kenny’s Music. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
