Chris the surveyor was on time courteous and very efficient. He also explained to us anything that we were not sure about. Would definitely recommend them , we will certainly do so if asked.

Great service
Delighted with the professional service carried out on a L2 survey and drone. We appreciated Nick’s phone call almost immediately after he completed the work. He outlined the main points and it was great to speak to him about any concerns there and then. We received the survey on the day specified and Nick welcomed any further queries we might have had. I would highly recommend Andrew Kempston-Parkes who came highly recommended to me by a friend. I contacted Andrew who completed a survey on my house in Cromer Street York and I found Andrew to be very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, professional and most importantly kind. Getting a house survey can be a daunting experience and Andrew explained everything clearly to me (in layman’s terms). Our survey was conducted in a professional manner and in a prompt timescale, the report was completed within 2 working days to a high standard, i would recommend the addition drone footage too for a more complete report

An outstanding experience!
Kempston-Parkes is an outstanding firm. I have used them several times and have always has a very positive experience. The whole team are extremely well-informed. We most recently used K-P when purchasing a home and every person we dealt with was genuinely invested in our specific needs. Super efficient service from Joe…
Super efficient service from Joe explaining what was included within the survey, offering the drone option and booking the survey. I appreciated the phone call from Matthew, the surveyor, later in the day after he had surveyed the property and the helpful advice he gave. If there are any issues flagged in a survey, it is so much easier to discuss them and gauge what steps are needed to resolve any issues. The turnaround time was excellent in booking the survey and receiving the written survey. Would highly recommend.

Detailed, Reassuring Survey with Outstanding Service
We recently received our house survey as part of the conveyancing process and were extremely impressed with the service provided. The report was exceptionally detailed, thorough, and easy to understand, giving us real confidence in the condition of the property and highlighting any areas that needed attention.
What stood out most was the level of care and clarity in the explanations - everything was clearly presented, which made what could have been a stressful stage feel much more manageable.
