Highly Recommend - Excellent Service
We used Kempston-Parkes Chartered Surveyors twice in the process of purchasing our first home. On both occasions they were excellent, their communication was always fast and we were able to organise a date quickly.
On the day of the surveys we received a call giving us an overview of the survey and any concerns, this was very helpful and in both cases the full report followed in just 2 days. We did reach out with some further questions which again were met with a speedy and helpful response.
I would highly recommend Kempston-Parkes surveyors and we send thanks to Andrew, Nick and all the team for their help.

I was recommended Kempston-Parkes by a…
I was recommended Kempston-Parkes by a friend. They gave a very professional service without any hassle, even after the seller of the house insisted on the survey being delayed at short notice.
Everything was dealt with efficiently and every promise made was upheld. I was told I'd have my report by close of business on the Wednesday of the week the survey was done, and it was received at 16:18 on the Wednesday.
I would definitely recommend going forward.

very efficient and friendly
Fee was cheaper that I have paid in the past.
There was more explanation of the level of survey required. A personal call was made by the surveyor and he was available for another call after the survey.

Excellent and thorough survey backed up by friendly service
I know that housebuying can be a genuinely stressful period, but I found Kempston-Parkes to have been genuinely excellent in making the process a little easier.
The company was a part of my estate agency’s panel, but I had been recommended the company by a friend too.
Joe and colleagues in the office gave clear information about costs and timelines (and then actually arranged my survey slightly sooner, which was hugely appreciated).
I provided some details on the searches and office staff were prompt in acknowledging these and adding them to the file.
Jamie contacted me immediately after the survey and provided all the key information to help me decide the survey when it came through. The report itself was detailed, thorough and easy to use. It has helped to shape questions I have requested my solicitor puts to the vendor’s.
I would happily recommend Kempston-Parkes and use their services in the future.

Efficient service
Kempston-Parkes were recommended by my estate agent. Positive experience from start to finish. Efficient service using telephone and email. I was advised which level of survey would suit my needs. This was then booked in to the diary shortly after my initial enquiry and was even brought forward due to another slot opening up. I was also able to add information to my file for the surveyor prior to the date of it re any concerns I’d observed from viewing the property. As promised I received a phone call on the day of the survey for initial feedback from the surveyor and was able to discuss any concerns with him. The final report was emailed to me within 48 hours, with contact details should I need to discuss things further.

Required a survey of a potential new property
Required a survey of a potential new property before purchase. Kempston-Parks provided clear and precise information of what they could provide, and the costs involved. They carried out that survey on the date agreed and on the same day contacted me by phone to provide an overview of the results and provided me with a detailed, clearly written in depth report within 2 working days of the survey. This enabled me to progress with the purchase with confidence.
