I had a great experience with Ghani from Kaba Tours. He is extremely polite, professional, and quick to understand exactly what you’re looking for. Within a short time, he was able to suggest options that matched my needs perfectly and offered a very good deal for a trip to Turkey.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go ahead with the booking, but the service and effort he provided still stood out. I would definitely recommend Ghani to anyone looking for a helpful and efficient travel agent.

We booked umrah via Umar recently. We had some reservations before going ahead with our committment through Kaabatours as it was our first bookings with them. However, the blessed umrah visit was absolutely amazing. May Allah accept our efforts and forgive our shortcomings. Aameen

Umar as a young member of the staff of the above mentioned company has been found to be a very honest, dedicated, approachable, trustworthy, empathetic and a true caring professional. An example of this in practice was when he helped us in out of hour work schedule, he kept himself awake to sort out minor hiccups.

He also tried his utmost best to accomodate our needs interms of accomodations, transport, ziyarahs, visas, tickets the whole lot from beginning to end.

I would give this young gentleman 10 out of 10 for carrying out his role and responsibilities in the job he is doing . He is a gem for this company. I wish him and the company all the best wishes as the other members of staff are also very helpfull and doing their job in the best mannor.

Travelled with kaaba tours for umrah with my family on 24th March. Mohsin at kaaba tours was excellent in all aspects. Right from day one when I approached him for my package he was very helpful. He gave me reasonable package which was cheaper than other providers which included flights, visa,hotels and transportation. The drivers were very punctual for all way throughout the journey. Mohsin was on our case throughout our journey and was willing to help in every possible way. I would recommend anybody who wants to go to umrah to try kaaba tours and speak to Mohsin. You will not be disappointed. Even though we had a quad room the hotels upgraded us to a suite. No complaints with 5star ratings.

10/10 service especially Abdullah who helped us from start to finish was very accomadating for myself and the whole family an helped iron out any problems we had along the way. Thank you for helping make our trip a success.

I have negotiated with Shahzaib and it was a wonderful experience by talking to him first time. He is a great gentleman,very respectful and friendly. I have got a great deal on my Umrah package with my family. He was always happy to help and there’s were no issues at all. Also Abdullah was very active when ever needed in providing support and services.

Very competitive rates offered for Umrah package and the customer service from Abdullah was excellent. During the enquiry stages, Abdullah went through the itinerary in detail. He took into account the needs of our elderly parents and offered hotels within close proximity of both Harams in Makkah and Madinah. Ziyarat was also included in the package. Everything was delivered as per the itinerary and Abdullah kept in touch throughout the journey to ensure everything was OK. It almost felt like we had our own personal agent looking after us whilst performing Umrah. We would highly recommend Kaaba Tours if you are considering Umrah packages. As usual I was very sceptical when I saw this company on Facebook and booked an Umrah package with Haider as that was my first Umrah booking experience and I don't trust social media businesses at all.
But things started to develop after I booked and paid everything
Moreover, when I reached Makkah, I was overwhelmed with the care and professionalism of Haider and Kaaba Tours as I was very well looked after, and even more when I reached Madinah.
I will recommend anyone wanting to perform Umrah or Hajj doubting a reliable company,like I was,to get in touch with Haider with his team (as they do work as a team) for a great experience
