A good sturdy piece of equipment which holds the weight well. Could have had better or more in-depth instruction on intial assesmbley but managed through in the end

Squat rack was advertised as heavy duty but is far from it. The max load is apparently 250kg but it feels so flimsy. I actually bent the bar holder with my bare hands. Poor quality, low grade steel.

Recently bought the lat pulldown bench, I will start with the positives

- affordable
- machine itself seems pretty robust and comes with multiple features on top of lat pull down, even including a rowing feature
- very fast delivery

Now the negatives

- the "instructions" are the worst I have ever came across, I operate a fanuc robot in my day job and have a engineering qualification and this still took me the best part of two whole days to complete, it's actually ridiculous how terrible the "instructions" are... Notice how instructions is in quotation marks? That's because they should not be classed as instructions

- the cable clampers that come with this machine are next to impossible to install, and are even unusable when installed, due to how they are designed... They really are terrible and it's ironic too because these are the clamps that take the strain of all the weight when operating the machine so they should be high quality, the ones provided are absolutely an accident waiting to happen... so despite me having
the lat pull down machine I am unable to use it because I cannot attach the cables to the weights due to the poor quality cable clamps, of which I am going to have to source from a third party which is incredibly frustrating

- the packaging it came in left a lot to be desired but affordability cost does negate some of this so it's not a huge issue

I think 3 stars is a fair rating when the cost is taken into account

not being able to use something you bought due to terrible cable clamps, along with time being wasted reading terrible instructions is the the reason I have not rated higher

Amazing price. had a very slight issue and customer service has resolved it without hesitation

Quality of product is very good - but I cannot say perfect as it does wobble ever so slightly side to side. Not a deal breaker though, maybe I can tighten it up somehow. Super comfy bench! It’s heavy, so feels very robust. Delivery was great and extremely fast too - only thing I would say is please double bag the screws etc as the single plastic bag had ripped in the box, which was a headache lol.

Great piece of kit reasonably priced

Negatives: No assembly tools, packaging damaged and small components falling out of box, instructions not as clear as they could be at some stages, cable clamps not very strong and will need upgrading.

Pros: Space saving practical kit more fairly priced than other suppliers and seems to be mostly good quality, this is probably made possible because of the cons. If all the cons were resolved the price would be higher.

Superb Quality, Great Value for money.

I bourght a bench and upright separates bar stands value for money I was missing a pin but as soon as I got onto customer service there was one put straight in the post ,I bourght these as a gift for my partner who loved 😍 them ,the bench and weight's stands I bourght where of gym quality.

Great customer service. I Ordered three items and by mistake I didn't apply the black Friday code. I sent an email mentioning that I should of used the code at the checkout, and I was reimbursed the difference with no issue.

By far the best bench I have ever bought.

I ordered equipment from K-Sport, and unfortunately, it arrived incomplete. Several essential parts were missing, mainly screws and components needed to assemble the product. After contacting their customer service, they promptly sent out the missing parts, which arrived without further issues.

While the initial inconvenience was frustrating, I appreciate their quick response and resolution. It would be great if they could improve their packaging or quality control to avoid such problems in the future. Overall, good service, but the experience could have been smoother.
