I'm so happy with the service and product I received. I ordered the freestanding dip and pull up/chin bar. The delivery was 48 hours after I ordered (and I ordered in the evening). I was sceptical of what the quality would be like seeing as the price was cheaper than everywhere else but it's amazing quality!! Would use again.

Easy to order, kept up to date with delivery. Items reasonably priced.

I ordered a Tricep Dip Rack. The materials the product is made from are OK, however, the pre drilled bolt holes are not quite square preventing the bolt heads locating. I now have to enlarge the holes to assemble the kit. This product is a fairly low cost bit of kit which is reflected in the quality of fabrication.

Ordered a bench and it's definitely not fit for purpose. Far to flimsy and states will hold 250kg, I haven't tested this but i highly doubt it. When the box arrived I could tell by the weight alone it wouldn't be any good. I sent it back without building it. Refund and everything was very smooth so customer service is fantastic however I wasn't a fan of the product.

Great Swedish ladder, very strong and robust. It was delivered next day which was fantastic, thanks!!

The assembly instructions are very small and only have 3 stages (for nearly 100 parts) and there were a couple of mistakes as to which parts went where. I was also left with a couple of M10 knobs that weren't needed.

Very difficult to assemble, it need professional help of 2 people, still took 8 hrs to fix 10 screws. Unsuitable wall plugs were sent.

I ordered a weight rack and bench for my husband's Christmas present. The company made every effort to get it delivered even though new stock was being shipped from Poland at the last minute. It arrived by overnight courier on Christmas Eve, so hats off to them for that!
Unfortunately, I can't review the items because they turned out to be an unsuitable present. However, I cannot speak too highly of K-Sport's customer service. They arranged speedy collection of the items from my home free of charge, with a no quibble refund, and sent helpful emails along the way explaining the procedure. A very impressive company to deal with and highly recommended.

Easy to follow instructions, very simple set up, once fixed is sturdy. A great deal and a trustworthy company.
