Just had a boiler fitted by J W Heating. We had an excellent quote from this company. Boiler was installed efficiently by a fella named Dave. He arrived on time and done an excellent job. Everywhere was left tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend this business.

Had a Worcester boiler fitted today and very happy with the excellent job carried out by 2 very pleasant knowledgeable engineers. All for a reasonable cost too. We highly recommend this company.

Absolutely top class! Enquiry made online on Saturday 28th June. Call from John with various options on Sunday 29th June. Paul came to for new A rated boiler Tuesday 1st June. Great service all round. All explained in full and good payment plan which was beneficial. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new boiler or repairs.

We recently had our old boiler replaced by J W Heating Engineers.
Fantastic service. From the point of coming out to supply us with a quotation.
John Wilkinson was very informative and very professional, full of sound advice.
The new boiler was supplied and fitted . The heating engineers were very professional in their work, We had no mess whatsoever. When the boiler was fitted, we were given the manual, guarantee and shown how everything worked. They even set the heating and water Hive schedule for us. Excellent service .

After an initial phone call, John came out the next day to view our boiler, which was working but old, he advised us to stay with the same system as opposed to replacing it with a combo unit, this made sense and was good advice!
The very next day two guys turned up with a new Worcester boiler and two new radiators, all the work was carried out very professionally with little or no disruption to ourselves, they left leaving no rubbish.
We are so happy with our new boiler along with the reassurance of a 10 year warranty

Ric & Liam (the engineers) arrived bang on time..installed my new boiler, they cleaned up and when they left there was not a speck of dust left.This is a professional team working at the top of their game and the result is total customer satisfaction

From contacting JW heating following a recommendation from a friend , to John calling me back the same day going through my options and arranging a new boiler fitting later the same week , Mike and Louie arrived on day 1 as agreed on time , they explained what work they would be doing and kept me updated throughout the two days of the install, they were very professional and tidied up afterwards . I could not be anymore impressed so much so that i cancelled my annual maintenance contract for my old boiler and will use JW to undertake the annual check

Requested a service but noted there was something wrong with the boiler. Took 2 weeks to come out, the man who attended did some tests, turned off the boiler and left and the company wouldn't repair it. Went to another local outfit who attended within a few days, confirmed the service I got from JW Heating wasn't reasonable, and fixed the boiler on the day. Won't be using them again, don't instill admit of confidence in the work they do.

I was looking to change my old back boiler to a complete combi boiler. Got a qoute of boxt and the price kept going up and up.got in touch with jw heating The owner of the company John came to my house the same evening looked at the job and gave me a price. On Monday morning 3 lads arrived rick Liam and another young lad ,they got to work straight away, rick has worked for jw heating 21 yes.He was so knowledgeable. If there was options he would explain all options to you and would do his best to do the option which would cause the least mess. The end of the day the clean any mess up.my advise to any looking to have a new boiler would be don't waste time getting qoutes just contact jw heating..

We've had a great experience with this company. Fantastic service when the boiler was originally fitted and most recently had a service on it. The gentleman who came was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Terrific customer service all round, would highly recommend!

Install is great however it's the 10 year contract locked in at £42 a month yes it includes service etc but can get it cheaper also if want to buy your self out it doesn't actually come down so 4 years still have to pay £2300 as a example better to pay off install and boiler then finance package offered

They provided a professional service, with piece of mind, at a competitive cost. A great family business, would not hesitate to use again...

My boiler was deemed as not economical to repair yesterday and came across this company on Google. I have a disabled daughter and less than 24 hours from when I spoke to John. New boiler fitted by Dave and house lovely and warm. Thank you very much.
