Just excellent all the way through from beginning to end.

I spoke with a member of their team and, same day, John called and visited my place, spent time going through the house and the options I had as regards a boiler positioning change, then offered what I knew was a very good price. I contacted him later that evening to accept their services and, after quick, ongoing communication, 3 days later, I have a brand new boiler installed exactly where I wanted it. The installation engineer, Mike, was great. Incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful explaining how everything worked before cleaning up after himself and leaving.

Basically, a superb service.

Lads were fantastic, very clear on what they were doing through out the day and went through everything with me before they left. Well mannered and pleasant lads. Boiler fantastic and 10 years guarantee.
John is very helpful and rang me when he said he would.

I'm happy I picked this company, they are a worcester partner and swapped a leaking 15 yr old baxi boiler with a new combi worster 4000. John was quick to jump on a video call with me to assess the situation and then arrange an installation within 48hrs.

Paul turned up to install the boiler and changed the position of a few pipes, cleaned all the mess up afterwards, explained everything to me and took care of submitting the paperwork and registering the boiler with worcester for my 10 yr warranty.

Kerry stayed in touch with me the entire way - communication is brilliant with this company.

Absolutely delighted with the quick and efficient service. On line request resulted in a phone call within minutes. Kerry was friendly and helpful, took the details and said that John would ring us shortly. Again within minutes he rang, gave us a quote explaining everything clearly. As our boiler had died completely he arranged for everything to be completed the next day. Can't praise Mike and Jamie enough, they were brilliant, proper professionals. Old one out, new one in, all rubbish removed, even cleaned up and all within a few hours. Mike then explained how it all worked and assured us that if we had any problems to just ring up. Everything working lovely. Many thanks to John and staff for their excellent service, we can highly recommend. More 10 star than 5.

What a great company to deal with from Kelly on the telephone, John for his help on choosing the right boiler for me arranging the day of fitting through to Mike who fitted the boiler, nobody could ask for better service than I had.

What a great company ! I’d had a few boiler quotes and was nervous at the prospect of floors being ripped up and how big of a job it would be.
Communication was great from the start, Kerry was lovely communicating with me via text messages when I was too busy to catch her phone calls, I had a video call with John who explained all my options and put my mind at ease. Mike came out to fit the boiler and took the time to explain the install process as he was working on the job, he was friendly, efficient and left zero mess as he worked.

Made a phone call and John popped round same day to explain boiler choices and price. Fitting was arranged for following week. Mike and his apprentice came to do the fitting. Two really nice guys who were efficient and friendly cleaning up after themselves and sorted a small gas leak we hadn’t been aware of. Mike talked me through the Hive app and explained everything as he went along. Brilliant work. Can’t recommend enough.

After collating information from 3 other companies,John came to survey my boiler replacement,I found him to be extremely pleasant but most of all gave me the best information out of everyone which led me to feeling confident in using his services. Mike and Louis came a week later and again were extremely courteous and answered any questions I had and fitted the new boiler, and flu, bled the radiators and cleaned any mess up, well impressed, thanks guys, will definitely recommend them to anyone 👍😁

Excellent experience. Rick arrived on time for the installation, very clean and professional job, completed paperwork for boiler warranty and set the timer explaining how to use the functions of the boiler in a clear and concise manner. From the initial call to installation it has been a professional and quick experience. I would highly recommend, now looking forward to long hot baths and cosy winter nights

I bought a house 3 years ago and although the boiler was new, I had nothing but trouble with it. Just 2 months of living in the property and I had come home from work to the boiler having leaked all over my kitchen and dining room. It caused my oven to break. Since then I have had 4 different engineers out who have replaced numerous parts. I have recently had a baby and knew that coming into Autumn and Winter, I'm going to be left needing an engineer for yet another breakdown and the last thing I wanted was having no heat / hot water and have to wait weeks for an engineer due to high volume of call outs. I contacted John last Thursday and explained I was interested in a new boiler before winter so I have peace of mind for my baby. John provided me with a very reasonable quote for a top of the range boiler and they arrived on Tuesday morning to fit it. They supplied the boiler, flue, thermostate and bled all the radiators. They even tidied up after themselves and took the oild boiler away with them. Cannot fault them at all.

Everything was spot on with JW Heating. From the initial enquiry, all the way through to installation. We were led to believe by other companies that there would be some necessary builders work. Not so. Paul and Liam did a super job without the need for cutting back the tiled wall. A tidy finish as well. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Kerry yesterday morning regarding a quote for a new boiler, she arranged for John the owner to visit in the afternoon, he arrived bang on the agreed time and talked me through everything that I needed to know. An excellent price was agreed and to my surprise he told me that the engineers would see me in the morning at 8.30am. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job, they cleaned up after themselves and explained the operations of the boiler. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you to everyone involved.
