A great insurance company no hassle
I had a breakdown cover on my insurance. I broke down made a call and was looked after from the first conversation I felt comfortable and less stressed. Dean from Elite breakdown picked up my motorhome and delivered it to my mechanic over 100 miles away

The customer service has always been…
The customer service has always been extremely easy and friendly. My latest renewal with Jade was smooth sailing and felt like talking to a friend. They can be a littler pricier than other quotes at times but still sit on the low end from my experience with good value for money. I’m happily on my 3rd year with them and the ease of the online portal and customer contact is definitely one of the reasons I come back.

Buyer beware.
I have been insured with Just Kampers Insurance for three years and have never made a single claim. Unfortunately, my experience when it came to cancelling my policy has completely changed my opinion of the company.
Just five weeks into my renewed annual policy, I sold my campervan and contacted them to cancel the insurance. I was shocked to discover that, after applying various non-refundable add-ons and administration fees, I would receive no refund whatsoever—despite there being more than 10 months remaining on the policy.
In my view, this is nothing short of daylight robbery. Customers should be fully aware of how these charges can effectively eliminate any entitlement to a refund. I appreciate that terms and conditions exist, but the outcome feels completely disproportionate and unfair, especially for a long-standing customer with a flawless claims history.
The only reason this review receives one star is because of the customer service representative I spoke to. He was professional, sympathetic, and honest. He explained that he deals with similar complaints on a daily basis and admitted he was unhappy having to deliver this news to customers. His professionalism was the only positive aspect of an otherwise extremely disappointing experience.
Buyer beware. Read the cancellation terms very carefully before taking out a policy. If I had the option to leave zero stars, I would.
