Horrible experience
Horrible experience.
They left the bath on the street and didn't help carry it inside. They didn't wrap it properly and now we are left with a nightmare of carrying 150kg of bath inside. Which is impossible.

As mentioned in our email on January 24th (the date you placed your order), larger orders are delivered curb side, as a pallet is often required due to the weight. This also helps prevent any damage during transit. Additionally, couriers are not insured to enter the property.
I reviewed the images of this consignment before dispatch, and everything appeared as it should. If you have any photos of the condition it arrived in, please share them with me so I can raise the issue with the courier.

Jayde is amazing.
Myself and partner visited thw shop 17/12/2024. We were greeted by Jayde, and she showed us around the show room, incredible knowledge on all radiators and fittings, as well as shower furnishings. Within less than an hour, we had chosen our radiators, but because there was no shower furnishings on show, Jayde was happy to beat a quote from else where! True to her word, within a day we had got exactly what we needed, and we are now waiting for delivery which Jayde had put through as urgent which again highly helpful.
Fantastic products, reasonably priced, professional amd quote beaters!

Hi, I rarely write reviews as never seem to have the time, however, in this instance I am compelled to.
Jax went ‘above and beyond’ - following up my litany of annoying questions at lightening speed, burrowing out all the quite specific technical data I needed. As well as managing to get Colour Samples to me in Kenya In record time.
All the while being very professional yet friendly and engaging.
To the point I feel compelled to shop with you again even if only for the customer care!
I do have many more rooms to build in the lodge so will doubtless be needing more orders.
