Justbaths had the best price online for…
Justbaths had the best price online for the specific cabinet I wanted by a mile. Not only was the price the best anyway that included delivery when all of the other suppliers wanted extra. The cabinet arrived promptly and was well packaged and a breeze to install. Great service all round and I would deffo use Justbaths again.

Good customer service, very responsive when I queried a couple of items both using online chat and on the phone. Price of the item I wanted was good and they even price matched a competitor to bring it in cheaper still. Delivery was on time and as planned. Recommended.

Ordered a Royce Morgan bath from Just baths.
Best price for this little bath. Excellent communication and constant updates on where order up to and delivery date. Even an email checking in how the delivery went.
Ordered an extra a few days later and was surprised to see it turn up with the bath as I was expecting it a couple days later.
Brilliant quality item and service from just baths to match. 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great customer service
The bath we ordered was delivered quickly and was just as described and looked in the picture. One of the clips snapped as we were installing the bath. Stacey at Just Baths went out of her way to get a new set of clips sent to us. She was extremely helpful and even made sure the clips were sent to our home address as we were no longer at our holiday home. Excellent and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Returns/exchange policy is rubbish
Returns/exchange policy is rubbish. I ordered the wrong shape bath panel by mistake and although the one I wanted was exactly the same price and was being delivered from the same place by the same courier they refused to do a straight swop ,i,e deliver me the new one and take the wrong one back. Easy eh! No, was told I had to pay to return at my expense which was going to cost £46. The panel only cost £60! so hardly worth it. Poor customer service in my opinion.
