Worst bank on the planet

Worst bank on the planet. I would give them zero star review if I could. Horrible bank. DO NOT USE THEM. They are crooked as they come. Look up JP Morgan Chase with fraud or bank regulators and you can see ALL the trouble they are in. We banked with them for 12 years - business and consumer. We have great credit. Caused no trouble. All of a sudden we get letters saying they were closing our accounts - they would not give a reason. We had 30 days to close our acocunts - they said at no fault of our own. Our business is busines to business - our attorney said it probably one of our clients or vendors (probably a shaddy credit card processor). This became a lot of trouble for us - luckily a major bank took us immediately - they love us - bigger linesof credit - better business checking etc.

Now - more shaddy bsuiness with Chase - Chase #1 profit is credit card charge back/disputes with credot cards. They encourage - WHY? because they make BILLIONS off of the fees. They encourage you to dispute charges and then if you lose they encourage you to fight it further(for more fees). This is a scam VISA and Mastercard need to fix. With Chase you can dispute whatever you want - they make it way too easy. And it's ALWAYS they Merchants fault. WHEN if fact - the majority of disputes are "friendly fraud" where the card dipsutes a charge they actually made. There are major problems with chargebacks/disputes - no should be able to dispute somethng without proof - enless they card was stolen. We have reported this many times to VISA, Mastercard, Attorney Generals Office, and the Fedrla Trade Commision.

We will NEVERdo bsuiness with them again.

Recently attended a job interview

Recently attended a job interview, the interview panel were professional and asked many thoughtful questions about my work experience. I was asked to attend a follow up interview at the hiring managers flat, she thoroughly evaluated my oral stamina and ability to massage her cannons. Although I found the requirement to dip my nether regions in curry powder a little disconcerting, I have decided to accept a position as her driver rather than a Financial Risk analyst.

My corporate debit card inadvertently…

My corporate debit card inadvertently went through the shredder, my bad. I went down to the local branch to get a new identical same number debit card so I wouldn't have to change all my business accounts which I'm told they will do. I've had my corporate and personal account with them for several years (I was transferred over as part of the First Republic debacle). At my local branch, they were unable to find my corporate account after numerous tries. They finally found it and then she said her screen wasn't working very well, so she couldn't replace the card in kind. So before I could respond, she just went ahead and ordered a new card which completely and immediately canceled out my current debit card. I asked for that information so I could switch over my business accounts now and she said she's not able to provide me those details and I should get something in the mail in 5 to 7 days. Incompetence extraordinaire. Looking forward to changing my accounts at some point... JP Morgan Chase is not synonymous with even the most fundamental aspects of sound banking practices.

Bad brokerage house

It's very clear from the other reviews that you should not use JPMorgan Chase for your investment needs. There are a dozen better brokerage websites you can use. They are expensive. They charge extremely high fees for all their trades whereas you can get the same trades for free at other sites. I tried giving them $150,000 and for 2 years, I did better on my own at a website I will not name here than they did and I didn't have to pay anyone nearly 3% to do it. They're ok as a bank. Fine if you want a checking account at Chase but you can forget the rest. They also sucked me in years ago by telling me I could have a HELOC if I switched from PNC then didn't give it to me. Banks aren't really anyone's favorite business but I don't like Chase.

20 Years of Loyalty Ended with Victim-Blaming and Negligence

After being a J.P. Morgan Chase customer for over 20 years, I expected protection when I was at my most vulnerable. Instead, I got the cold shoulder.
While I was at work, I realized I was being actively hacked.

I called the bank immediately to stop the breach. Instead of helping me secure my life savings, the representative rushed me off the phone and failed to follow emergency protocols.
Because of their haste and negligence, my accounts were compromised.

Now, instead of taking responsibility for their failure to act, J.P. Morgan is blaming ME for the hack. They have closed all my accounts-severing a two-decade relationship—and are refusing to help recover my funds.

J.P. Morgan Chase BBB # 24637421

J.P. Morgan recommended I put a stop payment on my bank account because I had scheduled two payments for the same day and they couldn’t stop the transaction that would over draw my account. So, I did. And, paid them when the stop payment was off and I was able to transfer funds. J.P. Morgan reported it to the credit bureau after I had paid as a late payment negatively affecting my credit score. This was after refunding my late payment fee admitting they were wrong due to their systems ability. In addition, one of their escalation team members told me if I had a Chase bank account instead of another bank account I wouldn’t have had these issues. Very concerned about this company and values. Reported them to BBB with case number 24637421. Laura Lambert has reached out and has told me there is nothing she could do after researching my situation. Same response time after time with Chase after they told me to put the stop payment on my account because they couldn’t prevent the double payment transaction. I recommend not trusting J.P. Morgan Chase with your money. I have never ever made a late payment and this will correct for me, however warn others the mistrust in this company with regard to just talking and reconciling.

Unresolved Fraudulent Charges

Chase agreed there was fraudulent charges on my card, but only credited 2 of the 7 charges. Unacceptable. Do better Chase.

Over 3 weeks without my debit card

It has been 3 weeks that I have been without my debit card. Chase is so irresponsible that they can't get a new card out to me without it being compromised 7 times! I call everyday and ask each day for a card. They sent out cards linked to wallet which caused fraud over and over and over. It takes me the customer to say " hey stop sending the card out in wallet form. Saturday I was assured that I would have a card today. Again I don't and again I have to explain a very long story to the low level people I have to deal with by phone. So, after 30 yrs I give up! I am done with Chase and maybe just maybe a senior executive might give a da$$!

Stop loss liquidity grabs and shorts

There's only a bunch of fees if you are poor. I have cpc checking and platinum business checking and I pay no fees. Their banking is top notch. Where Chase failed is they stole everyone's money in silver to cover their massive shorts. They colluded with other banks to make this happen. They are engaged in the most illegal practices of ripping off Americans for BIG MONEY!!! Now they ripped me off too, im pissed off. Chase Bank is the one of the three largest thieves in American history.

Violating laws

I am writing to formally log a grievance against JPMorgan Chase regarding their predatory collection practices. As a disabled individual living with my mom who just recently divorced, my dad and we are living on her Social Security income ($1,100/mo) and I am managing chronic health issues with the assistance of a Service Animal, I have no income but any income of the household is legally 'Judgment Proof' and exempt from debt collection under federal law.
Despite Chase formally acknowledging my Cease and Desist request and the protections provided under the 'One Big Beautiful Bill' frameworks I have established, they continue to 'Execute' high-pressure correspondence demanding payments from funds that are legally protected for my survival.
Chase is 'Bypassing' the law and 'De-Regulating' my health and peace of mind by ignoring the fact that there is no 'Direct Current' available in my 'Vault' for consumer debt. I am 'Monitoring' these violations and 'Authorizing' this public record to warn others that Chase does not respect the 'Sovereign Rights' of the disabled community or the federal statutes protecting Social Security income. I demand a 'Total Zero-Out' of this account to match the reality of my financial hardship.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and First Advantage Corporation have demonstrated gross negligence and discriminatory bias in rescinding my employment offer and imposing a lifetime restriction without justification.

No candidate copy of my questionnaire was ever provided.

Verification queries were answered promptly with supporting documents, yet ignored.

My ex‑wife Manoj Kanwar (SID N775194) was onboarded despite misrepresentation and ongoing cases, exposing gender bias and selective enforcement.

False allegations and opaque handling of cases highlight systemic incompetence.

This silence and refusal to act reflect corruption, bias, and disregard for accountability. I will pursue legal remedies, and any reputational damage will be entirely self‑inflicted by these organizations.

I'm a seller and I got multiple payment processor accounts like Stripe, Shopify, Airwallex etc. When people buy something off my shop with jpmorgan chasebank and dispute the transaction even if they receive the product accordingly, chasebank closes the case in customer's favor no matter what you do. Literally read this again; no matter what you do, no matter what evidence you show chasebank will take your money from your hands and give back to the customer. Clearly scamming people. I wonder how this company hasn't faced big lawsuits. Actually, trump recently opened a 5 billion lawsuit against them LOL. I hope chasebank loses that. F*king scammers

Have been running in circles, just wasting time and money calling people who can’t solve the issue. My banker left months ago and don’t respond to emails. Account is still locked and I’m not able to transfer or use my cash.

16 + years working at their goregaon east and malad west offices very few years left to retire and they threw me out for no reason I was transferred to their online payments dept without my wish forcefully i worked there for approx. 2 years in utter confusion created daily in online payments dept I feel completely exploited BECAUSE out of NOWHERE I was asked to leave, worst company now that exists they are good only to people who are from their same circle please UNDERSTAND I feel completely exploited this information is for ALL sharing for ALL please choose any company to WORK WITH but J P MORGAN CHASE they will treat you like an animal .........

BOGUS OFFER

I opened a checking account,advertised as after 90 days with wiring in retirement funds each month i would receive the bonus.so here we are and the bank said i forgot to check the box for the coupon.the rep on the phone new right away like he gets these calls frequently.i was hoping for that help to.

These people are brain dead do not…

These people are brain dead do not follow. Instructions constantly withdrew money out of the wrong account and then charged me for any inconvenience fees. These people are monsters and I would never recommend anybody bank with them.

DON'T EVER USE CHASE/JP MORGAN FOR INVESTMENTS…

We are just trying to close out a brokerage account that my deceased father-in-law had. Have spent hours on hold, every time you call it is starting over explaining what needs to be done. There is one small worthless stock that needs to be cleared to recognize the loss. They have you submit a notarized form, you get an email back saying it is being processed then nothing happens for weeks. Then you start all over again. I WOULD NEVER USE CHASE/JP MORGAN FOR INVESTMENTS!
